    Social Button

I am trying to add a social button to my wix website, however, viewing the tutorials for doing so, my wix editor looks nothing like the wix editor in the tutorial video (seems to be a newer version).  How can i get the social button on my wix site?

Does the social bar allow you to auto populate your posts(blog page on wix site) to your social media pages i.e facebook, twitter and instagram? If not then how do I do that? Please advise looking to complete my site this weekend.

      Hi jillvelez,
You can choose other icons from "Social Icon Gallery".

Please click on Social Bar on your Editor, click on Organize Icons,
and on Social Icon Gallery, please click on the Right/Left arrow to browse through the icons we prepared for you.
If you do not like any of our selections, then you can also upload your own icons.
Instead of "Social Icon" tab, please click on "My Image" tab, and upload your own icon.

Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime.

      Thank you.

Please note that your Wix site is built using a Flash template, and not an HTML5 one.

For more information on how to use the Flash Editor, please follow this link.

Alternatively, you can go to our Create page, select a template - and create your new Wix HTML5 site. We highly recommend using our HTML5 templates, as they offer you the option to use apps, appear in mobile devices and much more!

You can also convert your old Flash site into a new HTML5 one. If you want to, please read the following notes before submitting your site (you can find all the notes here).

      1. Keep in mind that this tool is experimental and may not export the site like you wanted, this tool is designed to give you a head start in converting your Flash site to HTML5 but manual modifications are usually required afterwards.

      2. Once the site you submitted is exported, a copy of the site will be created in your Wix account (similar name but starting with html_name) The original site will not be affected! Also any premium package/domain connected will not be effected unless changed by you manually.

      3. Some of the features that are possible in Flash are not possible on the HTML5 editor at this stage. This means, things that are not possible in the HTML5 editor will not be copied into the exported sites.

      4. Please make sure to submit the Wix URL of your site regardless if its connected to a domain or not (www.wix.com/username/sitename)

      5. Once your exported copy was created, you are welcome to post your feedback on this thread. Please include the URL of the exported site for reference (the original URL would also help)

      6. If you have a premium package and want to transfer it to a new HTML site you can do that. For more information follow this link
