In order for any changes to your Wix site to appear live, you will need to publish your site.

To publish your site: From the top of the Editor, click Publish > review your SEO and Mobile View options > click Publish.

After a few seconds, the confirmation box will appear > click OK.

Note: Saving changes will not make them appear live. Every time that you save your site, you will need to click Publish to make the saved changes appear live.

    Hi,

I'm trying to publish my website http://9nicolej.wix.com/profportflio and nothing is happening.  I've read above messages and I've cleared the caches, I've tried a different browser but I just get messages saying that my website isn't published yet, or 'road to nowhere'!!

Any other tips for getting it up and running??

    Regards,

    Nicole

    Hi,

I have tried to publish my site multiple times, even completing the confirmation box afterward. But every time I go to visit my site under the link provided by the Publish confirmation box, it says that my site has not yet been published.

      Hi,

Your site: http://bwenner.wix.com/digitalportfolio is published and loads perfectly from my end.

      Please follow the steps below:

      1. Open your browser to a blank page. Close any Wix pages that are open.
      2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". You can find step-by-step instructions here.
      3. Restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.

      Hi Dina,

I followed these steps, but now I am receiving an error code and cannot even access my site. I'm not sure what further steps to take, but if you can confirm that my site is working on your end, then I will troubleshoot my own computer.

      Thanks so much,

      Brittany

The site does come up form our end, we may have had a small temporary issue that has been sorted by now, please clear browser cache (instructions here) and try again.

      Tell us if this worked.

I've made changes to my website and hit save and publish and it won't correct the changes. I've made other changes in the mean time and it successfully published them but these two original changes will save (shows that I've made them everytime I go in to edit) but they won't publish.

    Thanks.

I am not able to publish my site and keep getting an error about site structure preventing being able to save/publish. However, it's also saying the error was fixed automatically, but still unable to save/publish. I'm scared to close the site because I don't want to lose the work that I have already put in...

OMG guys this is NOT the current work on the site. It's a full homepage with lots of content on it. NOT just an image!! I am still NOT able to save nor publish the site and I've tried different browsers and cleared all caches/browsing history/the whole works!

The message I keep receiving is "Can you try that again?" and then it says "A problem in your site structure prevented us from saving your site. The good news is that it's allready been fixed automatically.

Please click your save button and review your site's header and footer for any possible unexpected changes"

I still can't save my work and it won't publish!

      Hi,

I can see that when adding your domain to your account you chose to connect it using DNS but as you can see here, using a third-party site to check your domains NS records I can see that your domain name servers are not Wix's name servers, nor is your site pointing to Wix's IP as you can see.
This is why your difficulties are occurring.

To resolve this issue please contact your domain hosting company (also called registrar) and ask them point your domain to 216.185.152.149.

Once this is done, it may take up to 72 hours for the changes to fully propagate.

Also,We recommend connecting your domain to Wix by using the Wix name servers.

When connecting your domain to the Wix name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.

      1) Firstly you must go to your Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and add your domain.
For more information, please click here.
      2) Please contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain via the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).

Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that’s not connected correctly.
You can troubleshoot your domain here.

Note: Please make sure to firstly add your domain name under the Wix domain manager

For any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

      Thanks, Rony Customer Solutions

      Hey,

Please note that the correct URL of your Wix site is eliteanimalservices.wix.com/elite and not eliteanimalservices.wix.com.

If you are still unable to view your live site properly, please clear your browser's cache and check again. You can find step by step instructions here.

      HI,

I've tested your site on a number of updated browsers and computers, it loaded perfectly on all of them.

Which exact browser version are you using when encountering this issue?

Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version available as this is a crucial requirement when working with HTML5 sites.

Should the issue persist, please provide us with a screenshot of the way you see this on your end in order for us to investigate and assist.
