I apologize for the misunderstanding, you have build your site using the Flash platform but this feature available only within the HTML editor.

You can copy and past the second menu to all other pages.

We will be able to provide you more accurate support if you could send us more details as where in your site we can find the menu you are referring to.

that sounds a bit ridiculous, there must be a better way to do it.

on the home page, youll see a small menu with 3 items: home, about us, contact. that is the menu i want on every page, in addition to the one that is already there.

      thank you.

If you want an element to show on all pages, it cannot be inside a specific page.

Drag the Home page down, then drag the relevant menu outside the Home page - like this:

Then, drag the Home page back to its original place (so now it will be over the menu).

      This should solve your problem.

We are here should you require any further assistance.

I added a box alongside my first post and clicked "add to all pages". This is the box where I will add adsense etc., with all my bog posts. However, the second blog post shows the box in the wrong place (halfway down the post). Please advise. Have tried everything I know.

2nd page does not show upper navigation toolbar on live site issue.

I have noticed that when I go to my site Paws-n-style.com, after clicking on a choice such as the second page on the top navigation toolbar, once it switched to showing the second page the top bar vanishes leaving me only able to navigate back to my home page only.

You need to set the menu to show on all pages.

Click the menu > click Show On All Pages from the pop-up menu.

Then save and publish your site.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

on the editor page, I actually cannot switch from one page to another. I wanna switch from the view of the main page to the blog site, but the dropdown menu on the top left corner seems to be inactive. It doesn't function at all. I reloaded the site and re-entered, but no changes. The result is the same.
    Please, help me out.

    My page is: www.thatsmytour.com

    Many thanks in advance,

      Hi Akos,

I had a look at your site through the Editor and I was able to navigate from page to page using the drop-down menu on the top left.

I'm having a few issues with the Wix Editor:

    1) Most of the elements appear on every page, except for the title "Welcome to Cohen DMD" and the paragraph below it.  When I try to edit or move the other elements, I cannot select them - they "select" as a page, not an individual element, unless I move them backwards in the element layering, in which case I can select them individually but the title and paragraph disappear behind

    2) The links on the page and navigation don't work - when you hover over the menu, it doesn't appear as something clickable.  The only links that work are in the header

    Thanks in advance

The reason you are having this issue is because you have a box that is set to show on all pages. Therefore anything that its attached to the box will appear on all pages. Furthermore, I noticed that you used the box for your page's background. Note that you can simply delete the box and set your pages' background. To do this, simply click on the page-->change style-->personalize this page-->add a skin and change the backgrounds color. Shown in the screenshot below:

Regarding the menu buttons, I wasn't able to recreate your issue. However, I did noticed that your box is overlapping with the buttons, therefore if it's set to appear in-front of your navigation's buttons, they won't work. Therefore as mentioned before, we recommend removing the box and using the page's background to resolve this matter.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

So, I'm trying to create website featuring an online comic, which means that every time I update it I will need to add another page. Except for the Home page every other page has to be identical to page 1. I found out that I can click on the elements and select "show on all pages" but if I do this the rest of the pages (only 3 really) will be blocked by the unwanted layout. My question is, do you guys have a feature that reads like, "add to all pages except"? Otherwise I'm afraid I will  need to build every page from hereon, just because the Authors, Archive and Contact pages must be arranged in a different layout.

Unfortunately we do not have this feature yet. However, I recommend using the Blog for your site and upload the Comic there as a daily Post, that way you'll have a consistent design that you won't have trouble with.

We document and learn from every feature request and bug brought to our attention. These objectives are immediately high priority milestones in Wix's product road map.

Feel free to add your feature request to our Wish List by posting here.

You can keep up to date with what features are coming soon here.

I wanted to know how to get all the pages( or rather all my content) on the home page and then when you hit the buttons it will scroll down to the part that you want to see.  I want to make it less about clicking and more about scrolling.  Any help would be great!

The feature you're referring to is called an Anchor.

      Currently this feature isn't possible.

We are constantly working on adding new features to the HTML editor.

You can vote for this feature in this thread.

This means that your product gallery is not sitting inside an individual Page. It is easy to fix.

Open your site in the editor
      > Click on the gallery that is appearing on all Pages and resize the gallery to fit the page.
      > Drag it inside the Page your want it to appear in - you know it is inside the page when you see the Yellow arrows.

Please note that if you do not place your component correctly in the Page, it will be seen on all of your Pages.

For more information about Pages, click here.
