I have this problem on and off. All I do is save before I leave the page and then restart editor and most of the time works well. My problem is trying to preview the website in the My Account page under "site actions". When I click in it, the background shows, the header and the footer as well, but there is no content at all!!!! So I don't want to publish the website if nothing is going to show. Any advice?

      Hi and thanks Yotam,

I am traying to preview my website with out having to go to the editor mode but I am having troubles with this. After I loged in, on the Create-My Account page, it gives me the choices of ether go to editor mode, or preview the website with out having to go to the editor mode. So I click on the "Site Actions" section. When it opens to preview, I see the website but there is no content at all. So I wait to see if it loads but nothing hapens at all. It just remains as it appeared. I also see that there is a Facebook like button missing on the footer. I am using Safari for browser, but I have also tried using Firefox and it does the same. I am starting to wonder if the amount of images I am using as part of the content for this website has anything to do with it. This is concerning me because I am starting my own marketing business and I will be using wix a lot. I have already developed other websites and haven't had a problem like this. So any help will be totally appreciated.

      Hello,

I have accessed your website and everything seems to be functioning correctly.

Can you please try previewing your site from inside the Editor, and let us know what the result is - are you experiencing this issue there as well?

      Thanks Yoav,

I actually have to go inside the Editor to preview the website. That is the only way for me to preview. I just want to make sure it shows elsewhere a outside of the Editor. Other than that, in the Editor my only problem is that it wont change the page like everyone else, even using the left toolbar.

      Please follow these steps:

      1. Clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

      2. Update your browser to the latest version.

      3. Check to see if you're experiencing this issue with a different browser. Wix is compatible with Internet Explorer (version 9 and above), Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Let us know if this helps solve your issue.

      Hi  misarocksx,

If possible, please try the following to see if the editor functions better:

      1. Using another browser.

      2. Using a different computer.

      3. Using a different internet connection.

This might help us understand the issue better and isolate it.

Thank you and we await your reply and results.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The preview mechanism uses an algorithm different than the live site. Please publish and let us know if the error continues.

Inside the editor you must mean, as is in the Flash editor. Perhaps, we are considering it but are not sure at the moment.

This answered my question. Is the ability to switch using the menus on the page something that might be brought in the future?
