I would like to make a page so when a web address such as www.mysite.com/SUBPAGE is typed in, it exclusively goes to that page.  When I try to type the page name I just created in (and saved and published), it just brings me to my homepage.  Thanks.

      Hey  luckinspades,

Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment.

The hashbang symbols (#!) in the URL are part of the deep linking mechanism and cannot be removed or altered.

This symbol is used for sites that utilize AJAX and is for better visibility within google.
You can read more here .
You can find more information about deep linking here .

      Thanks,

    Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to have a main heading for a drop down menu that doesn't actually go anywhere, it is just there to let you show the pop-down menu items (subpages) ?

I want to have a menu item called "SHOP" and the subpages would be for example "red things" "blue things" etc?

I don't want the button "SHOP" to link anywhere. Just to have it as the drop down menu heading.

Please help, this is integral to my site design.

    Thank you.

      Hey  jasonkiddboy,

This isn't currently possible with the HTML5 editor. You can vote for this feature in this thread.

You can create a similar effect by adding buttons within the subpages, and link those buttons to pages that are hidden from the main menu. You can place the buttons in a menu format within those subpages.

For information about how to link and edit buttons, click here.

To hide a page from the menu:

      1. From the left toolbar, click the Pages icon to open the Page Manager.

      2. Next to your page, click the settings icon.

      3. In the Page Settings window, check 'Hide from menu' box.

      4. Click Done.

      Thanks,

Hello, I am trying to add subpages to a menu but if I use the menu 1 template for each subpage then the content stays the same on each page and if I change the content on one page it changes on all the pages. Any ideas?

I need to create a subpage to my "schedule" page from the template.  Is there a way to duplicate the same format and/or template of a page and make it a subpage of that main page?  I ran out of space at the bottom and was not finished putting in the seminar schedule.  The choices to do so did now show an option for the same type of page as my "schedule page?"  Thank you.
