There are five options to add music to your Wix site:

1. Add an Audio Play Button to add an MP3 track to your site: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Media > click Audio Play Button. The maximum upload file size is 15MB. For more information click here.

2. Add a Single Audio Player and add, change or re-name a single MP3 track: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Media > click Single Audio Player.

3. Add a SoundCloud Audio player to your site to share your SoundCloud music with your visitors: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Media > click SoundCloud Audio.

For instructions about how to add SoundCloud Audio click here.
To add a SoundCloud Playlist click here.

4. Add an iTunes button to your site and give your visitors the option of downloading your chosen tracks directly from iTunes: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Media > click iTunes Button.

5. Add the Spotify Player and add an instant soundtrack to your site: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Media > click Spotify Player.

      Hi,

I used Leah's suggestion and was able to locate your audio-player. Shown in the screenshot below:

Furthermore I deleted the audio-player for you and clicked save.

If you experience this issue again, please let us know.

      Hey,

I have opened the website in several different browsers and was not able to hear any music playing. It seems you have successfully removed all music players from the site.

Ok So i am trying to add an MP3 file (1.39 MB) and it goes through the process (the green bar on the bottom shows me it is being added) BUT nothing appears in the box with the other MP3 files I have.  What's up?!  What am I doing or not doing?  How do I fix this?  Thank you so much!

Hi hopefully you guys can help me.

okay so i have uploaded music with no problem before. unfortunately i have encountered a problem. okay so first, i uploaded a cd from my computer and when i opened the "add music" the icon to the song i wanted was no longer there even though the songs are on my computer. at first i thought okay, it might be only that one.... recently i just downloaded a song from itunes. its in my library but when try to add it to my website the icon is not there. its very odd and a bit frustrating. some of my older songs are available to upload however the newer selection of music is nearly impossible to upload. i hope you can help =/

    thanks

      Hi freehopephoto,

Do you mean that you literally can't see the song? Have you selected the right file type to be shown on the upload screen?

Also - are you certain that the song is on your computer and not on some cloud server (or in other words - can you listen to the song when disconnected?)

Hi, I have read all the entries in this category and am requesting clarification please.

On my old WIX Flash site I had 14 mp3's from my cd playing through the WIX audio player continuously. I can only get one mp3 to play on my new HTML5 WIX site though the WIX audio player now.

Is one mp3 the max mp3's allowed with HTML5? Is that going to change?

The WIX audio player design is better. Thanks!

      Hi kibun6,

You can add more than one MP3 to your audio player. Please click Upload in your Audio Gallery > to select more than one file, hold down the CTRL key and click several files.
You can upload .mp3 files up to 10MB each.

You can learn more about the audio player here.

You can also add a SoundCloud playlist to your site.

      Thanks,

      Michal - Wix Team

Thank you! My situation is that I had uploaded 12 mp3's to the Audio Gallery but the WIX audio player keeps playing only the last MP3 uploaded (it is set to Loop) So I assumed that it would only play one. Sorry.

Please advise on how to have all of the MP3's that have been uploaded to my Audio Gallery played? Is there a step following the MP3's being loaded to the Audio Gallery?

      Thanks!

      Hello,

You can have one song per player (icon on the site), so you need to add as many audio players to your site and update their settings to play the desired file.

If you want to have an audio playlist, please check out the SoundCloud app from the Wix App Market. You can learn more about it here.

Thank you for your reply. Are their any plans to offer a multi MP3 audio player for HTML5 sites like you offer for your Flash sites?

I'm trying to add a voice memo as audio to a website but the file I want is unselectable. I tried changing the file to .mp3 but it still comes up grey instead of black. Any suggestions?

I tried to export it as an mp3 from iTunes first but was unable to do that, so I changed the file name from finder, then imported that file into iTunes but it didn't make any difference. The file size is 224 KB, I tried playing the mp3 file today in iTunes and it wouldn't even play so I'm pretty sure I didn't do it the right way, the original file name is /Users/alyssa_stott/Music/iTunes/iTunes media/Music/Alyssa Stott_s iPhone/Voice Memos/26_03_13 4_08 PM.m4a

Changing the file name to .mp3 doesn't actually convert the file type to an .mp3 file. You will need to use a converting program which will properly convert your file to an .mp3. Only then can you upload it to your site.

Let us know how it went and if you require further assistance.
