      Hi,

When you click the "show on all pages" it will cause the object to appear on all of the pages.

Can you please tell me on what site does the issue occur?

Best regards, Miki- Wix Support Team

I would like to upload two MP3 tracks and have them play in sequence on my Wix page. Each is under 6 MB so I know both files are within the 15 MB limit. I cannot figure out how to upload both. When I select both in the Choose Track window, the Choose Track button is greyed out/inactive, and a pop-up message tells me to select just one to change the track.  In this case, I am not changing tracks, as much as trying add them (the two tracks).

Can someone please advise? I don't want the use to have to click/choose between two differnt Play Audio buttons, since I want both tracks to autoplay in sequence/back to back when the user opens the page.

    Thanks.

Hi, I've added an audio play button and successfully uploaded an mp3 file (only 3.1MB) to my home page on the editor.  The audio play button does not respond in any way, and music does not play.  Is this because I have not yet "published" or is it maybe because I am using an older version of Safari 5.1.10 on my MAC PRO OSX 10.6.8?

Not sure if this is supposed to actually function from the edit page or only once I've published.  Could you clarify please?  I've tried on updated version of Chrome and same thing.  If I need to update Safari - I'm looking at an update for my entire OSX I believe.  Thanks.

      Hey,

Accessing your editor and reviewing your site in preview mode I was able to hear the track playing without any issues.

Please note that editing your site using the Safari 5 browser is no longer supported.

If you are trying to edit your site on an Apple device running Mac OS X 10.5.8 or older, then you will not be able to upgrade your browser to Safari 6 or 7.

Instead, please use the latest Google Chrome or FireFox browsers to edit your site.

To download the latest Google Chrome browser please click here
To download the latest Firefox browser please click here

Please note that this is only in reference to editing your site.

Your site can still be viewed on Safari 5.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

      Hello,

We'll be happy to answer any question you have.

Basically, you can't upload music to a Wix site directly from a CD. You can first rip the audio files from the CD and then add them to your Wix site. Please visit this page for the exact directions.

Don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

      Hi,

MP3 files can only be added via the Audio Player.

If you want to have a download link, you can use Dropbox or any other file storage service and link the file using a button in your site.

      Please follow these steps:

      1. Click your button.

      2. From the Button Settings window, under Link to, click the field.
      3. From the Link settings window that opens, click Web Address.
      4. From the window that opens, under Type in a new web address, type in the external website’s URL.
      5. Click the dial next to Open in new window or Open in same window.
      6. From the Link settings window, click OK.
      7. Click outside of the button to close the Button Settings window.

Your button is linked to an external web address.

For more information please click here.

      Best regards

Thank you for your comment. I removed the mp3's, so you could not find any. I now uploaded an mp3 again and on my laptop PC they play and it works. But not on my MAC, they will not play. Is the system MAC compatible? Can you check this for me please? Thank you.

      Hi,

I've noticed that your browser version is outdated, this is probably the issue.

Make sure to update your browser to the latest version available as this is a crucial requirement when working with HTML5 sites.

Let us know should the issue persist after you've updated your browser.

      Hi,

      Thanks for contacting us.

I've accessed your site, the music button in the header section (the one over the image) doesn't seem to play. However, the second button under the word "Listen" works great. Please let us know, have you chosen a track to play in the background of the play button in your header section? It seems a track hasn't been selected for this button. Please select a track, click save, publish and check it again in your live site.

      Awaiting your reply,

      - Daniel M, Wix team.
