    Hello,

    Is there an option to have rolling text within a text box? I want to have a number of testimonials show on the homepage with one showing at a time and fading in and out to the next.....sort of like a text slideshow...

      Hi emilymarymills,

       

      Thank you for contacting Wix.

       

      Unfortunately, we do not currently support this feature.

       

      That said, you can create your own workaround for this by creating images that include text using any image editorial software you wish.

       

      Once you've created the images, you can upload them to your account and add them to a slideshow.

    Hi,

    I have a couple of pages that are fine when shown on a desktop, but on a phone they are overlapping.

    I have a text box on the left and a contact form on the right.

    How do I control the contact form to show underneath the text box when displayed on a phone or smaller device than a desktop?

    site not showing correct color

    I accidentally changed the color of one of my boxes, which changed all my boxes to that color, I immediately changed it back but it is still showing the wrong color on my site, even though I saved it and published it in the correct color and the "preview" is showing the correct color as well. It went from teal blue to now, pink. Please help!

    Hi there. I actually am just writing to make a suggestion. When I am editing my wix site (font, text, colors etc...)  I notice that the box that appears with all the editing options (for instance, say you want to edit the font), shows up right in front of what you want to edit, or blocks part of it. It would be better if this appears off to the upper left/ right of the screen so it isn't blocking what you are trying to edit (then you have to drag the box every time). Thanks

    i have an issue about "synchronization" of page.

    My editor and site doesn't match... For example:

    so are there any easy way to make harmony for my site in the editor?

      Please clear your browser's cache after publishing your site and try again. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

      If the problem persists, please let us know which version of Chrome you are using, and whether or not you encounter the issue on additional browsers as well - such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.

    Hi,

    I can't edit the picture like i used to. I seems that the AVIARY software was updated. I CAN STILL ADD text to my picture but I CAN NOT change the color of the font and i need this really bad.

    Please advice.

    Is it possible to make changes to the actual background that is part of the template?  My web site looks great on most pages but where a page has a lot of text one part of the background image is too strong, too dark and that makes it difficult to read the text until you scroll it up to a lighter part of the background.  Is there a means to fade or lighten that background image?  Alternatively can I change the template choice (merely to get a different background)  without altering the other elements I've already completed and have the way I want them?   Or can I upload a new background without having an effect on everything else already done. If you look at the Supporters page on my site you will see why I want to change it.   Thanks!

      Hello, 

      The great thing about our templates is that you can customize any template so completely that it can end up being any kind of website! For example, you can choose a template from the "Design" category and create a website for Accounting Services! To edit a template from the "Templates" page, simply roll over the template > click Edit > edit the template. 
      Please note: The Explore page shows templates that where made by Wix customers and are not editable. 

      It is not possible to change one Wix template with another one within a created site. It is also not possible to combine two different Wix templates in one site- you are able to edit only one at a time. If you wish to choose a different template, simply create a new site.
       

      After creating the new site you can easily move your premium status to it! Simply enter your "manage premium" system via "My Account".

      Please note that you will have to attach your domain to your updated site. You can do it via the Domain Manager when clicking on "Manage Premium".
