There are several reasons why this might happen. Please check the following:

1. Make sure that you have added a link to the button. Click the button to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Link To > check that your link is set up correctly.

2. Make sure that your site has been published and not only saved.

3. Make sure that another element is not blocking the button by being placed on top of it.

    hello I added a news list to one of my pages at www.ayishaissa.com and am trying link one the more button on one of the items to this page : http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unité_9_(série_télévisée) it keeps turning pink and asking for a valid url??? Im a bit confused as i took this straight from the browser bar while on the page itself.

    I am trying to link the link below to my site. But each time I paste it into the "link to" bar, a pink bar appears, indicating it is not correct. Any help.

    Hi,

    I'm trying to create a simple "read More" button on my home page; it is not inside another feature, the link is accurate, however when I go to place the link in the link area, a pink bar appears indicating it is not correct??

    Hi, I am trying to add a LINK from one page to  another by activating the links feature in text with the four options. This works on the HOME page, but is not working in the RESIDENTIAL menu page in the pull down menu item called Eichlers. On that page, I built a more info "button" go through the same process, but it doesn't work. I am trying to attach the page called 66 Cleary Street, (that I don't want to be visible on  navigation), but when I hit OK, it doesn't link -- even if I have saved AND Published it.

    As you see, I would like to do this at two other locations on that same page.

      Hi,

      I tried to recreate the issue you are having, however I didn't experience any issues linking the text to the page.

      To add a link to a word/text ,please follow these steps :
      1. Select the word in the paragraph and choose the "Link" icon from the property panel that opens on the top of the editor.
      2. Choose "PAGE".
      3. Choose which page

      Note that you can also use a text button to link the page. To add a text button simply click add-->buttons and menus-->text button.

      If you have done the above and you are still having this issue, please try the following:

      1). Using another browser to edit your site.

      2). Using another computer to edit your site.

      3). Using another internet connection to edit your site.

      In addition please make sure to clear your cache.

    The "Classes" link on my navigation bar does not work.  I have tried duplicating the classes page and deleting the original but the link still does not work.  I have ensured that there aren't any over-lapping elements.  I appreciate any help!

    I have exactly the same problem www.mellowbirthing.co.uk with the placenta remedies page. It just navigates to a differenet page. I checked all the settings and it is ok but it will not navigate to the correct page I created. Very frustrating!! Michaela

      Please go back to the button and make sure that on the settings you click show on every page, this will now work,

       

      You can also add a menu bar to your site which will automatically add the page names to a bar and you can then set it to show on every page and this will then take you to the correct pages

       

       

      Please follow the steps below:

       

      1. From the left in the Editor, click the Add icon.
      2. From the Add list, click Buttons & Menus. Click Text Menu or Buttons Menu.
      3. Click outside of the menu to close the Menu Settings window.
       
      A menu is added to your site.
       
      Note: To return to Add , click Back to Add from the top of the window.
      To close Add, click X from the top right.
       
      For more information about menus click here.
       
      Please note that to change how your pages' names appear on the menu, you must change the page names from Pages (click the Page icon from the left side of the Editor).

      I checked your site via editor and the image placed on your homepage is overlapping your menu. 

      Please resize the image to allow your menu to be clickable.

      Don't forget to click save and publish.

    Hi Wix team!

    I have still problems with mobile sites of www.nabytek-na-zakazku.com where are not visible buttons of navigation menu.

    In my iphone to me debug console reports the error at line 1, 2 and broken or some problems with java script. The computer displays the main menu and all icons (navigation), but in mobile phones just only one icon "more" (in czech: vice). It happened spontaneously, so it's probably a problem on your side, but I'm not sure by this. Can you compare this situation (mobile versus computer) and see where is the error? Web attending quite a few people, because it is good SEO and Google friendly :) and it does not look good :(  At the same time visitors can not find mobile website navigation to all pages.

    Hello,

    the links on my site keep changing! The website is www.firenzemobilepizza.com and I have checked and rechecked them several times and when I go back to the editor, the links have changed. Please help! I am also having issues with the menu disappearing. I removed the "more" because it looks stupid to just see "more" on my site. Please tell me why the menu keeps disappearing.

      Please make sure you save and publish your changes to show them on your live site.

      Please provide us with more information on your issue - which links are you referring to, when does the menu disappear?

      I just  checked your site both on mobile and destop and I don't seem to see any difference between them.

       

      Haave you tried clearing cache and cookies on your mobile?

      Hi!

      Yes I have tried probably everything. I deleted cookies, cashes, restart desktop and mobile. It is the same not only the iPhone, but also in mobile phone from Sony, which has a Android. On the mobile site, you can see only one button navigation, but on the desktop, you can see six buttons navigation + buttons of subpages.

      So what now?
