There are several reasons why this might happen. Please check the following:

1. Make sure that you have added a link to the button. Click the button to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Link To > check that your link is set up correctly.

2. Make sure that your site has been published and not only saved.

3. Make sure that another element is not blocking the button by being placed on top of it.

    Can someone tell me why the ( Continue Shopping) Button does not work on the 360 Droppship Application. I can click a buy now button under my items for sale, but then when it takes me to my shopping cart, the ( Continue Shopping) button does nothing. It should take you back to the shopping page items, but does nothing at all when you click it?

      I have visited your site : http://www.powerbooks.biz/#!product-catalog/clok/ ,but I couldn't recreate the issue, as after I click on the : ' Continue Shopping ' button I am redirected back to the product items page.

      This button works perfectly from my end.


      Please try to clear your browser cache, and try again.

    I'm experiencing the same problem. I first tried the menu that came with the template but those buttons wouldn't do anything. Then I tried to just add my own buttons and link them to the pages but those buttons are not working either....

      Hi Mariole,


      Thank you for contacting us. I was able to recreate your issue of un-clickable menu items.


      This was occurring because you had placed your image's upper border over the menu,hence disabling the menu buttons.


      I have fixed the issue for you by clicking on the area and then clicking on the "Send backward" button.

      Be sure to always press the button until it is no longer highlighted. I also published the changes in order to verify that the change was reflected on your live site.


      For reference, you can always test whether there is another element hiding the element in question by clicking on the area.


      Once you click, a pop-up window will open, hover over "Overlapping items" and a second pop-up will appear beside it showing all of the items in that particular area.

    Hope somebody can help.  The last 3 menu buttons on my top menu are not responding.  This only seems to happen when I am on the home screen and try clicking either of the last 3.  When I am on the 2nd page the links work just fine. 

    Can anybody help?

      Please note that you have a clip art sitting on top of these menu buttons. Have a look at the screenshot below: 

      To fix this issue, please go to your editor, click the Header and bring it forward.

    link not re-directing to the correct page

    I have a link setup on a logo on my page which when in editor it re-directs to the correct website, however when i publish the site it does not re-direct to the correct site.  All other links work fine except this one.

    the problem link is from the logo for board up and glaze is not re-directing to www.boardupandglaze.com

    Hi, I'm having trouble with my button links…they worked perfectly before and now they just stopped once I made the site live.  On some devices (iPhone, iPad) I can get certain links to work but on my Macbook they won't even click.  My iTunes buttons don't work, my audio buttons don't work, my CD baby and other site buttons won't work, even my youtube videos won't play - what happened???  my site is: http://i80477.wix.com/dakotapark

      Please note that your header is set to a fixed position.

      Most of your header is empty, therefore when scrolling down you can't see anything overlapping the buttons - since the bottom part of your header is transparent. It is, however, covering the buttons, hence the un-clickable effect.

      The buttons work when not covered. 

      Please resize your header to avoid the problem.

      Thank you - so I went back in and changed the header so it wasn't a "fixed header" - I know that ultimately changes the view on some computers and laptops - I tried to resize my header photo but I can't figure out how to change the image now - also, what size should the header photo be in order to maintain the same look as now but as a fixed header?

      I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're trying to achieve. Please elaborate what you would like to achieve so we can further assist.


      You can make all the changes to your background by clicking the Design tab > Background > Upload & Customize.

    I used a template when I set up my website pellings business solutions and changed the text to suit my needs and it seems that whoever set the template up has not linked the buttons in so it will not let me link it. I am also having trouble with the contact link at the bottom of the page as well as a photo which has various photos it will change to as you are looking at the page. Each photo has a link to the relevant page, bunt the text is too light and it will not allow me to change it to a colour which can be seen.

    Please can you help me.

      I was not able to recreate any of your difficulties with the links, they all worked properly for me.

      Can you please elaborate on the subject so we can better understand and help?


      Regarding the images link, please direct us to the exact location of this element in your editor so that we may further investigate this issue.

      Please follow the instructions provided here.

      If the steps in the link didn't resolve your issues, please answer the questions in the same link.

    The same problem at my site: click the button, and no answer, however it worked earlyer. If i click a button, and than click refresh, i get the site i wanted.

    I can't get my menu buttons to work and they are the ones that came with the template. I didn't add the buttons. I assume who ever developed the template just didn't connect the pages. It will not allow me to click on the menu links in order to link the buttons to the next page.

    Please help. the mobile page for my site globatonrouge.com is pointing the yellow "Schedule now" button to nowhere. All of the "schedule now" buttons should be pointing to the "choose location" page. Please help
