There are several reasons as to why this may be happening:

1. Please make sure you have added a link to the button. You can find more information here. Please also make sure you published your site and not only saved it.

2. Please check that you haven't added another component on top of the button which might block it.

    The same problem at my site: click the button, and no answer, however it worked earlyer. If i click a button, and than click refresh, i get the site i wanted.

    I can't get my menu buttons to work and they are the ones that came with the template. I didn't add the buttons. I assume who ever developed the template just didn't connect the pages. It will not allow me to click on the menu links in order to link the buttons to the next page.

    Please help. the mobile page for my site globatonrouge.com is pointing the yellow "Schedule now" button to nowhere. All of the "schedule now" buttons should be pointing to the "choose location" page. Please help

      No. No its not. I just pulled it up on my phone and it still takes me to a non-working  vagaro page. please fix.

      I have checked this on an iPhone and it is directing to the "current location" page which you need to scroll down to see (it displays like that based on your page's layout). Then when I click on a location it takes me to a secure booking form on an external site.

       

      What phone are you using? What page are you reaching?

      I'm using the new samsung. I've checked it on 2 phones now. it is pointing to vagaro.com

      Thank you for your patience. I see now that the issue is in the "schedule now" button found on the "current location" page not from the home page. I have fixed this now. Please try again and let us know if you are still experiencing an issue.

      The "schedule now" button does point to the "choose location" page. If you are in the choose location page that button does not point anywhere but that page because you have not specified another place you would like for it to point to following the removal of the link to "vagaro.com" if you would like it to link to a new page/site you can do so by linking the button via your desktop editor on the "choose location page".

      You aren't listening. It does not point to anywhere. The regular site works just fine. the links point to the appropriate sites depending on which location you choose.

       

      On the mobile site when I click "schedule now" on the main page it goes NOWHERE. When I click on "contact us" page, the links to la jolla and baton rouge respectively also are not clickable. When I click on "schedule now" on the "contact us" page it takes me back to the main page.

       

      I don't know how much more clear i can make this. I need it to work like the computer based website please.

      Hi,

       

      We apologize for the inconvenience.

       

      I went into your site with a mobile device.

       

      1. Once pressing the "schedule now" button I did receive the schedule page, however, you need to adapt this page since the contact text appears only in the bottom of this page, when viewed on mobile. The images you have in your home page are in the top of this page, and that's why you thought nothing happens.

      In order to change this, switch to the mobile version of your editor, and adapt the page named "choose a location".

       

      2. In your contact page there are no links, these are only found in your  "choose a location" page.

      Hey,

       

      Going over your site I could see that you built the page 'current location' to appear as if it was a pop up window to the 'home page', for this reason you have the button 'schedule now' on both pages. In the mobile view this can appear misleading, as once you press the button on the 'home page' and get redirected to the 'current location' - the button is still there! and it appears as though you have never left the page, and when you press the button again, since you are already on the right page the button is redirecting to the same page it is on.

       

      I suggest you edit your site in the mobile editor and optimize it to view on a mobile device, you can hide certain element just in the mobile view, I recommend hiding the button on the 'current location' page to begin with.

    MOBILE MENU NOT WORKING... Every time you go to the Photos page, the page itself works fine in that you can click on any photo and see it blown up. However, if you try and navigate to any other page in the drop down menu, whatever photo is behind the page you press comes up and thus you are stuck on the Photos page, unable to visit any other page on the site. Why is this happening?

    Please help!

    On my homepage danielserafin.com, after I clicked the "calendar" button, none of the other buttons and menues can be clicked, except when I refresh the page. I tried it on several different browsers and different computers. Seems to be  the same problem on all of them. Can you assist me please!!

      Hello Daniel,

      This issue is occurring because the text box you've added to the Calendar page is covering a part of the menu, thus making it 'not clickable'. You can see this issue in the screenshot below.

      In order to fix this, please drag the text box downwards and later adjust its size, in a manner in which it will no longer cover the menu. Make sure to Save and Publish the changes.

    Hello,

    Today I noticed that on a previously correctly-functioning page, some of our links had shifted (text links) and some of them had disappeared altogether.

    Can you advise if there was a recent site tools/ site builder issue that could have caused this? It was an easy fix but I need to know if it will happen again.

      There shouldn't have been an issue.

       

      Please let us know immediately if the problem persists.

       

      You can find all of your backed-up versions in the Site History section in My Account, mark the important ones and name them.


      You can also overview of all edits and changes you have made to your saved and published website. It makes it easy for you to view, flag or restore to a prior version of your website at any point.


       

      To access your site history:

      1. From My Account, next to your site, click Manage & Edit Site.

      2. From the right of the page that opens, under Site Actions, click My Site History.

      Your site history page opens.

      You can also create a duplicate copy of your site by going to  My Account , clicking  Manage & Edit Site  and then clicking  Duplicate Site . For more information, click  here .

    My website www.BiasPindVillageDevelopmentTrust.org is still having the problems (clicking on the menu button does not take me to the target page)

      I checked your BiasPindVillageDevelopmentTrust.org site with Safari and FireFox and couldn't recreate the problem.

    I have several pages on my site and all of them have the "Share this page" that shares it on Facebook.  It works on all of my pages but one, it give the error message: 500 Internal Server Error.  Do you know why?

      Please use Facebook's Debugger here. Simply type your website URL in the Input URL or Access Token field and click Debug. The Facebook Debugger will process your site so that the title, description and thumbnail pictures appear up-to-date when you post your site to your Wall or Page.
