Can I include a Blog, which is a wix Blog on one wix website, and also put it on another wix website...???

Would I be able to update it from either website...???

This is not currently possible, as every Wix blog can be managed from its respective site only.

Please feel free to add your request to our Blog Feature Requests and updates about new releases thread.

Kind regards, Or - Wix Support Team.

As Or said before, I'm afraid it is currently not available.

Please add it to your wishlist in the link above. We will update you as soon as we have any news about our blog features.

Should you have any further questions, please let us know! Thanks, Customer Solutions

Hi, I'm trying to link a blog that I have created on Wordpress. I want to post "BLOG" on my navigation bar so that it appears like any other page on my site, but when someone clicks it, it immediately directs them to my outside domain. How can I do this?

      Hey Evan,

Thank you for contacting Wix support.

This can only be implemented if you create the navigation bar out of buttons and add a link to the blog for one of them. This will however disable the option of creating a dropdown menu.

Have you thought about using the Wix blog? You can find out more info here

Please let us know should you require further assistance.

I'm trying to embed my blogger blog into my new wix website.

I have installed the Blogger feed app, but I can't find the "App Settings" link to take me to the place where I can connect the two accounts. I feel I have looked everywhere, except obviously in the right place. Where exactly is it? Sorry for the dumb question, and thanks for the help!

If you just click on the app, a little options window opens, from that options window click settings.

      Best regards

Can you import content from a previously created website to Wix?

I don't want to lose the content I've already created on my site.  Is there a way to import the content from my previously created website (not on Wix) to Wix on a premium account?

      Hi  jpayne05,

It is not possible to 'import' an external website into a Wix site, however, you can embed the external site. Please see the best reply of this thread for instruction.

I created a form using AWeber, copied the form url and added it to my Wix site, but when I click update (in the HTML option), only the url appears. I can't move the form to the back or front. It's just an url. No image appears. My url appears just fine when I preview it in a separate window. Here is how I did it.

The instructions given don't work for me. Seems to be an error on my page.

      Hi mechillenhodge,

You do not have any website saved in your Wix account, so we couldn't see what you had added.

When you embed an external website by using the HTML app, it only displays the website on your Wix site.

The Blogger Feed doesn't seem to be working. I add the Blogger Feed from the App Market. The instructions say to go into the settings and click on "App Settings". I see no such option. Please help. Thanks

Upon clicking the Blogger Feed object a small pop up menu will open up.

In there you will be able to see the App Settings, please connect your account.

Let us know should you require anything else.

All the best, Dean - Wix Team

No pop up window appears. I'll try to change my settings, maybe I'm blocking pop up windows.

I am hoping you will help me. Currently we are using a Blogger account to feed into our Wix website. The formatting appears normal on the physical blog but when you view the blog on the Wix site  the formatting does not stay the same.

This page on our Wix site - http://www.palmerifuneralhome.com/#!obituaries/c24ny (the picture is huge)

But this is the original post - http://palmerifuneralhome1980.blogspot.com/2014/01/eva-dimarcantonio.html (the picture is small/normal sized)

Can you provide any guidance on how to fix it to be proportionately sized?

    Thank you.

Unfortunately it is the Blogger feed app format and we can not change it.

Please note that you can choose between 3 different layouts in the app settings, so feel free to try them:

Hi, I want to build a blog space onto our site that allows the non-techy Director of our organization to easily post from his iPhone or iPad. I am trying to figure out if I should use the Wix blog tool or try a combination of one of the apps and a bog service which uses either a simple iOS app or simply accepts emails for posts. My hope is to create a blog page on the Wix site with a teaser to it (latest stories) from the home page.

Does anybody have a workflow that works for them and a tool or set of tools they would recommend?

The option to add content without logging in is currently not available on the Wix blog, which is the only one you can currently use to show "teasers" from on the home page, as other blog systems are external blogs that you embed in to your Wix site.

I know Blogger has the option to add mobile posts, and you can embed it to your site using Blogger Feed

Let us know if you have any questions.

You can either use our HTML app:

With the HTML App you can test and add your own HTML code or embed sites to your Wix site.

For more information check out the tutorial below, or you can click here.

*Take a minute to read through the Known Issues & Limitations of the HTML iFrame/Embed App via the link above before using this.

You can also use anymbed. Anymbed allows you to embed virtually anything into your WIX website. Click here for more information about adding apps to your site.

Feel free to contact anymbed any time with questions or comments at:

I've imported my Blogger feed but it is too big for my page. I have my logo on the left and I can't shrink the page to make it fit on the site.

      Hi DavidTaylor2,

Please note that Your pages will adjust their height dynamically according to the content that you add to them.

If you add more text or components, your pages will become longer in order to accommodate anything that you add.

Simply drag the bottom-most component in your page downwards in order to extend the height for that page. To shorten your page, click the element on your page that is too long and at the bottom of the selected element you will see an icon with an arrow on it called the Stretch Handle. This allows you to shorten or lengthen your page manually. Simply click and drag it up or down to change the length of your element and the page.

Therefore you can fix your Blogger int your page.

If you are not able to do it, please send us a screenshot in order to be able to help you.

You can find step by step instructions here .

      Best regards.

What you guys are talking about is adjusting vertically.

My problem is I need to able to adjust the page horizontally, from left to right, because my logo is on the left, and I need the blog fight to start center and then go right and still stay inside the lines.

The width of the blogger app is fixed at 980px, unfortunately you can't reduce it. You can experiement with other ways to embed the blogger blog to your site, such as the anymbed app.
