Please enable code snippet format in blog editor, as it's vital for a tech blogger. I noticed it's already available in this editor, e.g. I can easily post something like this:
alert('this is a test'+a);

Hi. I understand that I cannot import from a previous blog, but can I PASTE it? I need some option other than retyping all my old blogs.
If not, is there another blog option where I can?

I haven't done a ton of research, so maybe this exists, but I was wondering if guests can make posts to your blog? See, I'm expanding my art portfolio to a multi-topic kinda catch all, which includes an in-depth section about the art I do for my indie game company. At some point I plan to make us a whole new website using Wix (since the Wordpress one we had made su-uucks). Anyway, it'd be cool of the rest of the team could make posts to the blog from time to time. But, as far as I can tell, the only way to add a blog post is to sign into the Wix account, choose to edit the site, then navigate to the blog page and add a new post.
You can imagine I'd rather not have them rooting around every element of my site, possibly clicking the wrong thing and making unwanted edits. I used to be a part of a decent sized blog via Blogger, and think it'd be cool if the blogs had some way to sign in a user and just make new posts, and maybe even be able to edit previous posts THEY made. I mean, I'd rather just be able to go directly to my site and be able to add a new post, rather than log in to Wix, edit my site, go to the blog, and then make a new post, save and publish.
Also, I saw two other requests I would like to see in the future, too, while reading over this thread:
Only add "Read More" if the post can't display in it's entirety in the preview. Right now all my posts are super short, but say READ MORE when there's nothing more to read.
Schedule posts would also be a cool feature.

● Please make the 15 posts per page to max 40 posts, or all posts per date such as per day. 15 posts are not enough for such as press customers.
● Please provide a search box for us to look for our previous posts to edit them or delete them in the future.
● Read more button should be optional not default, there is no way to get rid of it, this is annoying.
● It would be great to listen to the other complaints from other to enhance the blog.
The current blog is a joke.

I love what jerryljones56 wrote. Very true. I am looking for a new website company that provides a quality build of a blog, but for now I am using blogger is one of the best. Wix customer service is sucks and all they care about is new apps and templates.

I started my wix account on December 2nd 2013, I upgraded to a pro account all in the faith of starting my own website, but your BLOG was non-existent at the time, but here it is July 17th and still not a respectful working BLOG yet! I can't even fathom how you think a website is complete without a blog?
I've set back and watched you guys post numerous new templates and cool flashy gadgets but can't seem to have a working blog available to use in this socially connected world we live in.
It seems I wasted my hard earned money believing you guys would get your $#*& together and have a working blog, this is so sad! What really ticks me off is the hundreds of complaints posted about the blog situation and no responses, this only shows how WIX cares about their customers, sad!
I've decided to make it my mission to post on my Blogger blog, my Flickr account, my Google+ site, my Facebook page, post on my ipernity site, my Wordpress blog and Tweet like hell about the conditions here at wix and lack of customer support, I hope others will follow.
Sorry it has come to this, but waste of my hard earned money, waste of time and being shunned has lead to this moment, a regrettable decision to believe in Wix!
