I have the domain kcom.co.il
I updated the ns to ns1.wix.com, ns2.wix.com,
but still when I'm trying to configure things in Wix, I get some A Records old configurations.
I've asked the ISOC (http://www.isoc.org.il/index_eng.html) to update the A records, and they told me that WIX should do that.
Is this true ? Who should do this settings ? I can't find in their management site the A Records numbers

I have registered a domain name in the other host and i would like to transfer the domain to WIX for my website. But the host need me to provide the A record & www with signature for them.

Hi, my domain provider needs your A record in order to point just the website over and not my email too.
Please kindly provide your "A" record to, firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com

Please note that the difference is in the connection, you cannot connect via pointing to:
This method is called connect by DNS:
1. Please contact your domain host (network solutions) and ask them to connect to Wix DNS:
2. I have made the changes in Wix, so as soon as your host makes the changes, your domain will be connected properly. Can take up to 72 hours.
As you can see here, the DNS are incorrect.

I am having trouble locating the "Domain Manager" area where I can point the A Record to 22.214.171.124 (as was instructed to me by the troubleshooting area of wix). I already updated my account with network solutions to point to ns1.wix.com and ns2.wix.com but when I type in the domain it says "cannot connect to server". Wix says I need to fix something in my records through the troubleshooting link I clicked on.
I keep reading that it is located under "Manage Premium" ---> "Domain" tab, but once there, I am not able to actually click on the domain. I can click "manage", but all that comes up is a "Domain Summary". There is nowhere for me to click that takes me to an area I can access the records. Am I in the wrong area? Please advise.

An A or address record is a DNS record that can be used to point your domain name and host names to a static IP address. You can add or update your A records from the Domains page of your Wix account.
To add or update an A record: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Domains > under My Domains, next to the relevant domain, click Manage.
Under Domain Summary, select the Advanced tab > next to DNS Records, click Manage > next to A (Host), click Add a new A record to add or click the pencil icon to edit > enter the information in the pop-up window > click Save.
Note: If your domain is connected to your Wix site via Pointing, your domain host is in control of your A records.

Hi, recently I transfer my domain from powweb to wix, so now my email is not working properly. I tried pointing and uptading the mx records but all that has been useless. First Powweb told this: point the mx record to mx.ipage.com, which I did two days ago and nothing happend and now they are telling me this: contact your external name server provider and update the MX record IP's to 65.254.____ , 65.254.____ and 65.254.____ . I believe that everything is in order because I already did what they told me to (like 4 hours ago). Is there a way that a wix team member can help me by checking my settings and let me know if there´s something wrong this?. HELP please!.
