    Hi Wix,

    I am trying to repurchase my gmail email services. I am following all the stated steps but I receive this message when I try enter the code.

    "No services have been enabled/installed for you. Please contact your admin."

    What should I do ?

      Thank you for contacting us,

       

      The error message you are receiving indicates that you logged in with the wrong mailbox, and didn't enter your admin email.

       

      Please try the repurchase process again logging in with your admin email.

       

      After you do that please follow instructions there.

      Hi Nikola,

      I have deleted the other account. I am trying to log in my admin account but everytime I try it refreshes and does not let me in.

      Hello Ozgur,

       

      You purchased 2 mailboxes on the domain procedo.co and one on the domain gastronomynews.net. Note that you have not completed both Premium plan payments and canceled all mailbox payments.

       

      Please make sure your credit card details are properly inserted.

       

      To update your payment details: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing & Payments.

      Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Payment method, click Update payment method > update your credit card details > click OK.

    I have tried to add an app. Clicked on add app. It takes me to a template page. How do I add this thing?

      Where are you trying to add the app from? If you're not doing it via the editor, please try to add it from the App Market in your site's editor.

    setting up email to google

    Hi, can anyone tell me how to set up my purchased wix email to my google account ?

    each time i click set up it takes me to my sign in page on google , do i need to setup a new account email with my wix website email address? 

    i have tried entering my wix email add in the google sign in page but it keeps saying password or email not recognised

      Hi,

      I can see that you have already set up your email account. Please make sure that you enter the new email and password you have set with your Google apps account.

      Should you not remember it, please let us know and we will reset it for you per request.

    I just created an emailadress. But I want to change the name of the emailsender into my company name. Is this possible and how can I change it?

    I've purchased a domain name through Wix and assigned two email addresses.  However, I cannot get email to work through my newly created Wix website.  Any suggestions anyone?

    Dear,

    I tried everything to verify my domain to acitvate google app but nothing is working. I transfered my domain from one.com to wix, i did the follow :

    To solve this problem simply send your domain hosting company the following message:

    I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 94.75.229.100).

    but still i my e-mail is not working?????

    Please i need help, my business need to be going on!!!!!

    Since I transfer to wix, i don't have anything else than problems and need to wait tooooooooooo long before i get an answer, one.com has live chat why wix doesn't have this????

      Hi,

      I checked your domain settings and I saw your domain is currently pointing to Wix IP address and not to Wix name serves.

      In order to connect your email in this case, please follow the instructions here.

       

      You can also connect your domain to Wix by pointing the domain name to Wix name servers.

      NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195).

       

      You can check where your domain is currently pointing in this link.

      Kindly contact your domain host (Ascio Technologies) and ask them to connect your domain to the Wix name servers as instructed.

    I purchased an email for Google App last night for the domain purchased through wix. I am now unable to sign in via google or via the link provided in the 'mailboxes' area.  Being able to access the email inbox I purchased sure would be great.  Please advise.

      Getting frustrated...  Tried calling google, but am unable to get support because I don't have a pin because I'm NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT.  The email and password I am entering is correct and I've ensured that caps is not on etc etc.  I'd really like to know how I'm supposed to access my google app email if google is not recognizing the account.

      Disregard - it appears that it is now working.  I wasn't made aware that there would be an access delay

    Email issue

    Hi,

    I have purchased 2 email mailboxes from Wix.com with the intention of setting up the mailboxes for my domain name www.educationclinic.com.sg. I bought the domain name from hostsg and my wix account is pointed to the domain name.

    Could you advise how I could set up my mailbox (enquiries@educationclinic.com.sg)
