To transfer a domain purchased through Wix to a different account: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, click Subscriptions > click Domains > next to the relevant domain, click Manage.

Under Domain Summary, click the Advanced tab > on the right, click Transfer to a different Wix account > follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

    Dear Wix members

    I would transfer my domain to another Wix-account. If I follow the steps you have described, I don't see the option "transfer to a different Wix account" in the Advanced-tab. Can you help me? My domain is www.kveaalter.be.

      It's not my domain yet. The domain i'm talking about, have to be transferred to this account :-). The original account of the domain www.kveaalter.be is thuisverplegingcarla

      The domain (www.kveaalter.be) is indeed in my account (jarno.verheye@telenet.be). But we want to transfer this domain to webkveaalter@hotmail.com if it is possible.

      Please note that you cannot move your domain to a different account. If you'd like, you can connect it to a Wix site in this account (webkveaalter@hotmail.com). Please keep in mind that connecting a domain to your site is a premium feature. 

      Currently, it is not possible to transfer a premium plan from one Wix account to another. Instead, you will need to cancel your current premium plan and repurchase it in your new account.

       

      Note: It is possible to transfer a site and a domain (purchased from Wix) from one account to another. Click here to learn about transferring a site or click here to learn about transferring a domain.

    שלום לכם חברי התמיכה של WIX.

    אני לקוח שלכם כבר יותר משנתיים.

    שם "הדומיין" שלי הוא: ELADWEINRIB.COM

    בניתי באתר שלכם את האתר שלי.  לפני כמה חודשים הסתיימה תכנית הפרמיום ובכוונתי להתחבר שוב לתכנית הפרמיום דרך חשבון  של חברה - אילנה זלצר שנפרדת ממכם ואני אתחבר לחשבון הפעיל שלה במקומה, כבר התכתבנו אתכם על סוגייה זווטענתם שזה אפשרי לחבר את האתר והדומיין שלי לחשבון פרמיום אחר.
    אבל! אינני רואה את האתר שלי בלוח הניהול שלי!
    לפני כמה חודשים נעלם האתר מהרשת תחת תענה שה"דומיין" לא שולם.
    בשבועיים האחרונים טפלתי בבעיית הדומיין שלי ושילמתי אותו דרך אתר "GO DADDY" ועדיין איני יכול למצוא את האתר שלי תחת הדומיין שלי "ELADWEINRIB.COM" למרות זאת הוא מופיע אצלכם תחת הדומיין שלי + תוספת .WIX (ELADWEINRIB.WIX.COMׁ.


    מה עלי לעשות כדי שאוכל לשייך מחדש את ה"דומיין" שלי ושתרד תוספת ה WIX שנוספה לו?

    כיצד אני אוכל לחזור ולערוך אותו כרצוני אצלכם באתר?

    נ.ב: המייל :eladweinrib@gmail.com לא קיים זו טעות.

     יש לי שני מיילים פועלים:"dj.eladw@gmail.com" ו - "eladweinrib@walla.com".
    נא לומר לי בהקדם מה עלי לעשות כדי לראות את האתר בלוח ניהול שלי!

      ולא אחד מהאימיילים שסיפקת ולכן אתה לא מצליח למצוא את האתר, הוא פשוט נמצא בחשבון אחר (כנראה בטעות פתחת שניים)

      אתה יכול למצוא כאן הוראות בעברית כיצד לחבר דומיין, וכאן הוראות באנגלית אם יותר נוח לך.

       

      - שים לב שחיבור דומיין מתאפשר רק לאתרים ששודרגו לאחת מתוכניות הפרימיום שלנו. תוכל למצוא מידע לגבי כל התוכניות והמחירים כאן

    מדוע אינני מצליח לראות את האתר שלי בלוח הניהול שלי? 

    חידשתי את הדומיין שלי ואני רוצה לחזור לחבילת פרמיום

      גם האתר החינמי וגם הדומיין שאתה מתייחס אליהם לא רשומים תחת החשבון ממנו יצאת איתנו קשר.

      שם המשתמש של החשבון הרלוונטי הוא eladweinrib

      כתובת האימייל לכניסה לחשבון היא eladweinrib@gmail.com

      שים לב שהדומיין כרגע לא מחובר לאף אתר. על מנת לחבר את הדומיין לאתר, אנא הכנס לעמוד ניהול הדומיין:

      My Account > Subscriptions > Domains > Manage (next to eladweinrib.com) >  Under Domain Connects To, click Change.

      שם תוכל לחבר את הדומיין לאתר הרלוונטי.

      אנא קח בחשבון שלגוגל לוקח בין חודש לשלושה חודשים לרשום אתרים חדשים ולהתעדכן באתרים קיימים. על מנת לקצר את התהליך, אתה יכול להגיש את האתר שלך ישירות לגוגל, כאן.

    Hi Team,

    I'm just in need to get authorisation from you to activate my domain.

    its indicating at the moment that it will take up to 7 days for this tramper to can you please advice me on how I can speedy up the process to get it process to reactivate my website.

    HELP!! I have created a new website with WIX (my current website is also with WIX) and I want to change the domain from my old one to the new one. How do I do this? I have followed the instructions, however, when I go to choose a different website, the old one is the only one that it is allowing me to pick from :(

      Thank you for contacting Wix.

       

      In order to connect the domain to a different site on your account, you must assign a premium package to the referred site.

       

      To switch your premium plan to another Wix site: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans > under the relevant plan, click Transfer > select the new site > click OK.

       

      Note: Make sure to assign your domain to your updated site. After transferring your plan, under Manage Premium, click Domains > next to the relevant domain, click Manage.

      Under Domain Connects To, click Change > select the relevant site > click Save.

       

      For more information about transferring your plan to another site, click here.

    Hi, I set up a website under my own Wix account for a client, and he would like to have access to it as well. I transferred the site to his Wix account, but it didn't transfer over the premium plan/domain (so that he would be able to make changes as well). Is there a way for both of us to have access to the site so that we can both make changes as need (published to the same domain) without him having to go through my account? I have other sites under my account as well, so I would prefer not to give him my log in information.The premium plan is under my account. Is there a way to do is?

      Hi jtuckermktg,

       

      Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

       

      Unfortunately, the only option to allow another person to edit a site, is by using the same Wix login details.

       

      Moreover, editing your site is possible only on one computer at a time. When one person finishes editing your site, he should log out. Then another person can log in to start editing your site on a different computer. Please make sure that two people don't enter your Editor at the same time.

      As per the premium plans, I am afraid that currently it is not possible to transfer a premium plan from one Wix account to another. Instead, you will need to cancel your current premium plan and repurchase it in your new account.

    i am trying to transfer a domain to another wix account but under domain summary-advanced there is no option on the right that says transfer to another wix account

      Hi federicoa,

      Please note that you may only transfer a Wix domain this way.

      For example, your domain grupo-rba.com is not a Wix domain.

      In order to transfer a domain that is not hosted with Wix you'll need to remove it from your account and add it to your new account.

    Hi,

    I want to transfer my existing domain from one of my wix account to another.

    I went to Domain> Manage> Advance> Transfer domain to another wix account. (I submitted user ID and Password). 

    I still get an error authentication message faile [red notice]. I also have an associated mailbox account with that particular domain which has been expired. Do not know what to do.

    Please help! ASAP

    how do you remove an associated email account so that I can transfer the domain to a different Wix account.

    moving from Djunk2 to compacthaus

    "At this time, domains that have an associated email account cannot be transferred to a different Wix account."

      Hey,

       

      In order to transfer a domain from one account to the other you just need to remove it from the "old" account first.

       

      Once you do that you won't get this error message.

       

      To delete a domain name: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Domains > next to the relevant domain, click the red X.
       
      Once you have deleted the domain, you can replace it by adding a new one.
      To add a new domain: Click Use a Domain You Already Own > choose Connect your domain to Wix but keep your current registrar or Transfer your domain to Wix from a different registrar > follow the instructions provided.
       
      Note: Only domains that were not purchased from Wix.com can be deleted or replaced.

      Hello,

       

      I am sorry for the confusion,

       

      Its not possible to transfer a domain that has a linked Google Apps mailbox service. In order to transfer a domain with a Google Apps account attached to it, you will first need to cancel the Google Apps account (if you have a monthly plan) or migrate the Google Apps account to be managed by Google and cancel the service on our end.   

       

      However I can see you've already cancelled the Google Apps service, once the Google Apps service is canceled ( July 17th ), you will be able to transfer the domain to another Wix account.
