The default payment plan for Wix domain subscriptions is autorenewal. If your domain is on a yearly renewal cycle, the payment will be attempted two days before the anniversary of your original payment. If the initial payment attempt fails, your domain name will expire on the anniversary of your original payment and your Wix site will no longer be accessible through the domain name.
 

Even though the domain name will have expired, the Wix domain subscription will remain active and our system will continue to attempt to collect payment. If payment is made successfully within the 30 day grace period, your domain name will be reactivated.

 

If payment is not made within the 30 day grace period, your domain name will be cancelled and will enter a redemption period lasting approximately 35 days. The redemption period is designed to give domain owners one last chance to retain their domain name before it becomes publicly available, however the cost of retrieving a domain during the redemption period is high ($250).

 

We strongly advise that users try to resolve payment issues before the domain enters the redemption period.

      Hi,

       

      You can view your package and domain invoices and all of the transactions related to your account at anytime.

       

      To view your invoice:

       

      1. Sign into Wix.com.
      2. Click My Account.
      3. Under My Account, next to Manage Premium, click Billing and Payment.
      4. From Billing and Payment, next to your package, click Manage.
      5. Next to Invoices, click View.
      6. Click an invoice from the list to view it.

       

      Your invoice opens in a new browser window/tab.

       

      Click Print to print your invoices.

      Hi,

       

      I see that your domain itchytastyrecords.com has an incomplete payment.

      The domain is probably in a "redemption period." It usually takes about 30-35 days for the domain name to be released.
      after it is deleted for nonpayment .

      During this period you can pay an additional fee to reactivate and renew the domain registration. The cost of reactivating it is $250.

      Alternatively you can wait until the domain name is publically available again (although there is a risk that someone else could secure the domain name).

      Please also note that I see your king-felix.com is about to expire on the 6th of June 2014.

    Hi,I purchased a domain 100foldtshirt.com with my premium package more than a year ago but then its expired and I did not renew it. How can I get it back?

    Everything seems to be in order regarding, www.randlechowning.com, but it redirects the site back to Wix.  How can I resolve this issue?

      Sorry I forgot to specify the requested domain. It's www.hiredtanya.com. I was't aware that the site was down until now. Need to have it up and running as soon as possible. Anything you do is speed up the process is greatly appreciated!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      Please note that this domain is no longer registered with Wix.

       

      In order to connect it to your Wix site, please connect the domain to Wix's name servers.

       

      Our name servers are NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195)

      Please follow the steps provided here.


      Note: When connecting your domain to the Wix name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.
       

      1) Firstly you must go to your Wix Domain Manager (My Account > Manage Premium > Domains) and add your domain. 
      For more information, please click here.
      2) Please contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain via the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
       
      Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that’s not connected correctly.

      It appears that the domain expired - therefore it is no longer registered with Wix.

       

      The domain is currently in the "redemption period." It usually takes over a month or two for the domain name to be released. At the end of the period it will be deleted for nonpayment .

       

      During this period you can pay an additional fee to reactivate and renew the domain registration. The cost of reactivating it is $250.

      in my country this much of money can save me from hunger in 138 days :(

      Hey,

       

      The free domain voucher only applies to the registration or transfer in of a domain name. It cannot be applied to renew an existing domain name.

    hi,

    i changed my bank  and i forgot the payment of the domain, i guess now  my domain name has expired , what can i do to get it back ? i payed back after a while  1st it said activated then it tells me that refunded payment and now it says expired ,... please help i dont know what to do,
