Good morning, I received an email that my payment failed. I changed my credit card information BUT today got a message that even with that change my domain expired. How can that happen? Can this be fixed as my website needs to be up and running.

My domain reneval process was failed, there was something wrong with my credit card.
I fixed it and the bank notified me that money was taken by wix afterwards.
Its still seeming to be expired?

Hi Wix Team,
I already paid for my domain and package renewal before the expired date and now the problem is my own computer that I can't log in into my website that's www.cfmedicare.com since last week.
I have already emailed to Wix and no one, reply me, please kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

The payment of site failed some days ago and instantly I renewed the package and I did not realize i had to renew the domain too. 16 hours ago i've regularized payment and my domain is still not working at all! Thanks for helping!

My Domain has expired and/or payment failed. Our companies emails/website are down. Please advise what the steps are to correct this.

My domain name expired and it says payment did not go through, but my monthly amount is being taken out (on the 5th it appears on my credit card). I'd like to be able to pay it, I updated my billing address, but there is no option to do this. What can I do? I would like my site up and running.
