Thank you for the assistance. My site is still not working properly. I followed all the instructions to clear the cache's from both my MAC and Dell computers as well as my Android phone and the site will either take me to a GoDaddy parked page or if it does open up the page runs so slow or does not load all the content on that page.
So the page site pulls up sometimes and when it does it runs extremely slow or it will take me to the GoDaddy page (http://chicrockershoes.com/?reqp=1&reqr=).
I also ran the IP address and it takes me to the GoDaddy parked page. Please assist.

My domain name is chicrockershoes.com. I followed all the steps to connect my domain with GoDaddy (using the Name Server) and received an email that my domain was now connected but when I enter the address it takes me to a parked page with GoDaddy. Please assist on what steps I am missing. Thank you.

I published my website yesterday and the domain/weblink was working fine. Today I go to log in and the link brings me to the website but nothing is working on the webpage.

Our domain name is www.mcmgrup.com.tr
Our hosting company used IP address 184.108.40.206. We still can not open our page.
I pinged it. There is no problem in the connection with the Ip adress.
What do you advise?

I have not been able to connect to my site. I tired your company first time on Friday and even switched my domain host to you. I really need my rescue site up and running. I was using another host , couldn't transfer so I switched to WIX host and STILL no connected. I called rep on the phone NO HELP :( PLEASE help me get this site up

you have proven to be astonishingly efficient at extracting my money in order to use your product, wich you claim to be extremely easy to use and navigate through.
I only wish you would be as efficient at making the actual product/service you have received my payment(s) for, useful to your consumer.
i purchased my premium ecommerce plan in May. I have yet to see my site. I have submitted requests for help on your forums, only to find myself lost in an absolute labyrinth of error messages and broken links when I try to find any sort of response.
so, here's the deal. I didn't suck at giving you my money. So, please, with all due respect, stop sucking at providing the service for which you are charging me.

My website is down even though it is correctly connected. I transferred my domain to wix and is was working perfectly fine but now it says the website is not available? can you please check and get it fixed asap?
