    Good Day,

    Thank you for the assistance. My site is still not working properly. I followed all the instructions to clear the cache's from both my MAC and Dell computers as well as my Android phone and the site will either take me to a GoDaddy parked page or if it does open up the page runs so slow or does not load all the content on that page.

    So the page site pulls up sometimes and when it does it runs extremely slow or it will take me to the GoDaddy page (http://chicrockershoes.com/?reqp=1&reqr=).

    I also ran the IP address and it takes me to the GoDaddy parked page. Please assist.

      Hi,

       

      As you can see here your domain chicrockershoes.com is properly connected to Wix using our Name Servers (ns1.wix.com and ns2.wix.com). I have also accessed your Wix site using your domain and was able to view it live properly. Have a look at the screenshot below: 

      Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for the changes to fully propagate for all locations. If 72 hours have passed and the issue persists, please clear your browser's cache and check again. You can find step by step instructions here.

    My domain name is chicrockershoes.com. I followed all the steps to connect my domain with GoDaddy (using the Name Server) and received an email that my domain was now connected but when I enter the address it takes me to a parked page with GoDaddy. Please assist on what steps I am missing. Thank you.

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site. Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      Good Day Eileen,

      Thank you for the assistance. My domain is working off and on. I followed the instructions and cleared the cache's on both my MAC and Dell computers and my Android phone and the site comes up only sometimes.

    I published my website yesterday and the domain/weblink was working fine. Today I go to log in and the link brings me to the website but nothing is working on the webpage.

      Please make sure you are trying to view your site with the following URL address: http://heathermains.wix.com/heathermains. 

      Please note that For free Users: The format of the free Wix site URL is username.wix.com/sitename.

      To find your free site URL: From the left side of the Editor, click the Settings icon > click Site Address > under Your Site Address is:, find your site address.
       

       

      Should this issue persists, please provide us with the following:

      1. Check if it happens in a different browser and let us know.

      2. Check if it happens in a different computer and let us know.

      It still is not working. I have access to the website but the page itself is not working. I can not navigate throughout the pages or view documents.

    Hi,

    Our domain name is www.mcmgrup.com.tr

    Our hosting company used IP address 95.211.144.195. We still can not open our page.

    I pinged it. There is no problem in the connection with the Ip adress.

    What do you advise?

    I have not been able to connect to my site.  I tired your company first time on Friday and even switched my domain host to you. I really need my rescue site up and running. I was using another host , couldn't transfer so I switched to WIX host and STILL no connected. I called rep on the phone NO HELP :(  PLEASE help me get this site up

      I can see that you have requested to transfer your domain. The current transfer status is "Pending Registry Approval". Note that it may take up to seven days for the registry to approve your transfer, and make sure to respond to the confirmation mail from "Wix Support". 

       

      I can see that meantime you have decided to connect your domain via nameservers. Please make sure that you have followed these instructions. Note that It may take up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect.

      Alon, 

      I transferred my YokoToTheRescue domain from Godaddy to WIX -when you mention connect your domain via name servers, with link - I do not have the site hosted with go daddy any more. is their anything else I need to do on my end to help resolve this issue

      Looking into your account I can see you have initiated the domain transfer successfully, but the process did not complete yet.

       

      This process can take up to 7 days to complete.

       

      In the meantime, as Alon suggested, you can connect your domain by pointing it to Wix name servers.

       

      ** Since the process did not complete Godaddy is still your host.

       

      Wix's name servers are:

      NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90)

      NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195)
       

      When connecting your domain to Wix's name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.
       

      1. Make sure that you have added the domain in your Wix account.
      For more information, please click here.
       
      2. Contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain to Wix's the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
       
      Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that is not properly connected.

      The issue I am having on godaddy site-->  Manage under Nameservers. The " manage " option is not available under name servers?  All my other sites seem to have that option available except the one I transferred to you.

      Please note that Iv'e successfully opened your site. You domain is properly connected to your Wix site, and the name-servers are Wix's. 

       

      You may need to wait up to 72 hours to see the changes.

      Please send your domain hosting company the following message:

      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195).

      After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).

    you have proven to be astonishingly efficient at extracting my money in order to use your product, wich you claim to be extremely easy to use and navigate through. 

    I only wish you would be as efficient at making the actual product/service you have received my payment(s) for, useful to your consumer.

     

    i purchased my premium ecommerce plan in May.  I have yet to see my site. I have submitted requests for help on your forums, only to find myself lost in an absolute labyrinth of error messages and broken links when I try to find any sort of response.

    so, here's the deal. I didn't suck at giving you my money. So, please, with all due respect, stop sucking at providing the service for which you are charging me.

    i want someone from your esteemed collective of trouble shooting gurus to contact me directly. You have my emai address, but to eliminate wasted time in responding, it is abidjanart@gmail.com

      I was unable to reproduce this error:

       

      I notice that you don't have a menu in your site.

       

      To add a menu: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Buttons & Menus > click Menu > drag the menu into place and resize it accordingly.

       
      Note: To change how your pages' names appear on the menu, you must change the page names from Pages (click the Page icon from the left side of the Editor).
       
      For more information about menus click here.
       
      You might also wish to disable the 'fixed position' of the Header.

    My website is down even though it is correctly connected. I transferred my domain to wix and is was working perfectly fine but now it says the website is not available? can you please check and get it fixed asap?

      Hey Petra,

       

      Please note that your domain transfer has failed due to the reason your domain registrar is register.com, and since we are its re-seller it is not possible to transfer domains from register.com to Wix.

      I see you have tried to connect your domain using DNS, as you can see below your domain configuration is not correct.

       

      Please send your domain hosting company the following message:
