    Hi,

    Our domain name is www.mcmgrup.com.tr

    Our hosting company used IP address 95.211.144.195. We still can not open our page.

    I pinged it. There is no problem in the connection with the Ip adress.

    What do you advise?

      However, according to the Who.is database, your domain is inactive, as you can see here.

    I have not been able to connect to my site.  I tired your company first time on Friday and even switched my domain host to you. I really need my rescue site up and running. I was using another host , couldn't transfer so I switched to WIX host and STILL no connected. I called rep on the phone NO HELP :(  PLEASE help me get this site up

      Hi, 

       

      I can see that you have requested to transfer your domain. The current transfer status is "Pending Registry Approval". Note that it may take up to seven days for the registry to approve your transfer, and make sure to respond to the confirmation mail from "Wix Support". 

       

      I can see that meantime you have decided to connect your domain via nameservers. Please make sure that you have followed these instructions. Note that It may take up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect.

       

      Don't hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

      Alon, 

      I transferred my YokoToTheRescue domain from Godaddy to WIX -when you mention connect your domain via name servers, with link - I do not have the site hosted with go daddy any more. is their anything else I need to do on my end to help resolve this issue

      Looking into your account I can see you have initiated the domain transfer successfully, but the process did not complete yet.

       

      This process can take up to 7 days to complete.

       

      In the meantime, as Alon suggested, you can connect your domain by pointing it to Wix name servers.

       

      ** Since the process did not complete Godaddy is still your host.

       

      Wix's name servers are:

      NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90)

      NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195)
       

      When connecting your domain to Wix's name servers there are two important steps that you must complete.
       

      1. Make sure that you have added the domain in your Wix account.
      For more information, please click here.
       
      2. Contact your domain host and ask them to connect your domain to Wix's the name servers (ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com).
       
      Both of these steps are essential and the omission of either will result in a domain that is not properly connected.

      The issue I am having on godaddy site-->  Manage under Nameservers. The " manage " option is not available under name servers?  All my other sites seem to have that option available except the one I transferred to you.

    My domain is still not connecting even after being connected to wix name servers

      Hi,

       

      Please note that Iv'e successfully opened your site. You domain is properly connected to your Wix site, and the name-servers are Wix's. 

       

      You may need to wait up to 72 hours to see the changes. 

       

      In addition, please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.

       

      Let us know if the issue persists.

      Please send your domain hosting company the following message:

      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address 216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195).

      After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).

    Dear Wix,

     

    you have proven to be astonishingly efficient at extracting my money in order to use your product, wich you claim to be extremely easy to use and navigate through. 

    I only wish you would be as efficient at making the actual product/service you have received my payment(s) for, useful to your consumer.

     

    i purchased my premium ecommerce plan in May.  I have yet to see my site. I have submitted requests for help on your forums, only to find myself lost in an absolute labyrinth of error messages and broken links when I try to find any sort of response.

    so, here's the deal. I didn't suck at giving you my money. So, please, with all due respect, stop sucking at providing the service for which you are charging me.

    i want someone from your esteemed collective of trouble shooting gurus to contact me directly. You have my emai address, but to eliminate wasted time in responding, it is abidjanart@gmail.com

      I was unable to reproduce this error:

       

      I notice that you don't have a menu in your site.

       

      To add a menu: From the left side of the Editor, click the Add icon > click Buttons & Menus > click Menu > drag the menu into place and resize it accordingly.

       
      Note: To change how your pages' names appear on the menu, you must change the page names from Pages (click the Page icon from the left side of the Editor).
       
      For more information about menus click here.
       
      You might also wish to disable the 'fixed position' of the Header.

    Hi there,

    My website is down even though it is correctly connected. I transferred my domain to wix and is was working perfectly fine but now it says the website is not available? can you please check and get it fixed asap?

      Hey Petra,

       

      Please note that your domain transfer has failed due to the reason your domain registrar is register.com, and since we are its re-seller it is not possible to transfer domains from register.com to Wix.

      I see you have tried to connect your domain using DNS, as you can see below your domain configuration is not correct.

       

      Please send your domain hosting company the following message:

      I have built a site on Wix.com. Please connect my domain to their name servers- NS1.WIX.COM (IP address216.139.213.90) and NS2.WIX.COM (IP address 95.211.144.195).

       

      After sending your message, please allow up to 72 hours for changes to get updated (propagate).

    Hi Khulisana,

     

    Your domain is not connected to Wix.

    Your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect.

    To fix this, please follow the instructions here

    Hi, I'm having troubles surfing to my site chefstablebyronbay.com.  I've flushed caches yet no change, the site still cannot be found.  THis was after I added DNS records within WIX panel so that I can use my external mail hosting and webmail.  Standard PRemium WIX account seems to only allow web hosting and then stopped my mail flat.  Please help so I can:
    - use wix for web
    - navigate to webmail.chefstablebyronbay.com (as per current record)
    - have mail routing working OK

      Please note that I have viewed your Wix site at chefstablebyronbay.com without issue, and have verified that your domain is properly connected to Wix. Please make sure that you allow for up to 72 hours for any changes to your DNS records to propagate.

       

      If 72 hours have passed, and you are still unable to view your Wix site at your domain, please follow the steps listed here.

    Hi,

    Please assist me with my website as I'm receiving Index of/ error when looking up my website (www.khulisana.com), I've followed the instructions for transferring my site from my previous host to Wix, which initially worked, I am surprised that I know get this error.

     

    Could you urgently assist as I am losing business with my site being down.

    Hi, after redirecting my site to one.com, where I host my domain. It still says server cannot be found! I have had this issue since 2 days. Please assist.

      You have not mentioned which of your domains is the one in questions, so I have checked all three of your domains and they all seems to be working great. see screenshot below:

       

      While browsing on the web, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

      Please clear your browser's cache and try to load your website again. You can find step by step instructions here.
