To cancel an app upgrade: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing and Payments.

Under App Subscriptions, next to the relevant app, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

    how to cancel app seo

    I had subscribe 123contact form and I was no longer interest on that and I had inactively for a month ago.. however it charge me on July 2014 which does not send me any notification on that . I was surprising on that which I only get notice while I check my statement of my credit card. I strong request for refund on this kind of action.

      How was the app cancelled?


      To cancel an app upgrade: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > click Billing and Payments.

    Ending Apps

    I have a few apps that drive traffic to my website and others, like Rabbit SEO, which help me know how my website ranks. How do I make these apps inactive? How do I turn them off? I'm not interested in using them or paying for them anymore.

    I purchased the Book fresh app however at the time of purchase i did not realize it wasn't mobile compatible. I cancelled the recurring payment but since i have not used the app I want a refund for the initial upgrade cost. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a month of something that I can't use.

      I apologize for the inconvenience, you cannot receive a refund for your third party app upgrade. 

      App upgrades are monthly subscriptions - you can cancel your upgrade and your renewal payment will cease at the end of the month. 

      To cancel an app upgrade, sign into Wix.com and go to My Sites > click the user panel on the top right of the page > click Billing and Payments. From Billing and Payments, under App Subscriptions, click Manage and next to Next Payment, click Cancel.

    Hi there. I've canceled a service months ago, yet I still keep getting emails from Wix saying they're having trouble processing my payment. How do I make this stop? Thanks!

    Why can I not cancel a Compare Ninja App?  I am in Billings and Payment, and when I try and click "Cancel" next to "Next Payment", nothing happens.  Interestingly, all the other buttons under this section still work, but you just can't cancel!

    I am considering trying ZipAds app for advertising on my wix website.  However, I can't find any reviews from people who have used Zipads.  Can anyone share their experience - pros/cons.

    cancel premium app feature

    I have already cancelled the payment but when I want to remove the app from the control panel it gives me an error saying "You can not delete your etpa app before you cancel it's premium features"

    Where do I need to go to cancel the features and ultimately remove the app from my website?

    ZipAds Cancellation through Wix


    i contacted ZipAds to cancel my account with them and they told me that i had to cancel through my six account. How do I cancel my account with ZipAds through Wix?

    mighty call is not working and i'd like to refund it

    I wanted to have further assistant on how to use mighty call or refund it...it is not working internationally and that was not mentioned anywhere...
