I tried to update my credit card online but there is no option and my website is down. Please help. There is no option for me to renew and no one answers the phone!!!!!

There is no option to 'un-assign' my package. I must not have updated my CC info for this year? Don't know why my account was canceled. I must have missed a notice. I need to get this working! Please help.

Please help: Given I could not afford the annual plan right away, I have just cancelled, it´s in the 14 days period, so to upgrade to a monthly plan.
When I do so, upgrade to a monthly plan, I get that I have not enough founds. I know the problem here is that my credit card won´t have founds till the refund is made. So I got no site now.
I look forward to hear from wix soon as I need the site online asap.

How do I get my website back up and running? I have tried to unassign it and then put in my new card details but everytime I try to re-purchase my monthly combo package it keeps saying 'error processing transaction'. Is there something I am doing wrong? I would really like to get my website online again. Thanks any help much appreciated. I have the funds on my card so that is not an issue.

Whatever I'm trying to purchase on the WIX site, I'm unable to go throughout payment : domain name, or annual forfait…at the step 4: BILLING INFORMATION., I'm asked for "Tax Id", I'm putting my Italian Tax ID, but nothing works…can you help?

I tried to update my card details for www.taxleaders.net, but there is no place where I can update it? It now says that my package has been cancelled. I urgently need to get it up and running otherwise i'll lose a lot of business.

Hi, I built a website for my friend..he changed card info and the site was taken down for non payment..I just upgraded the site with the new card info..do I need to start over from step one to point to it? Or will it automatically come back online?Annette Cruz

My account got cancelled as my card details changed and I forgot to change them, so I did what you've said on your e-mail:
-Log into your Wix user account
- My Account->Billing and Payments->Manage next to the package
- Click on Update (from the payment method column)
- Update your credit card and payment details
And i purchased the domain and 1 more year. But the website is not online! What happen? I should wait until you confirm the payment? Is there something wrong?

yes my email has ben canceled due to non payment. my card was declined. I am currently trying to make the payment on the account but there is no where for me to update the card information on the domain email. I have purchased the packaged for the site for one year. I just need to pay the monthly fee for the domain email which is about $15. please let me know how i can reactivate my email.
