If your premium plan was canceled due to payment issues, it will not be possible to repurchase by updating your payment details for that plan. Rather, you will need to upgrade your site again.
To upgrade your site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.
 
If you are having trouble repurchasing a plan after cancellation, please unassign the site from your plan and try to upgrade again.
To unassign a site: From the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans > under the relevant plan, click Unassign.

    Hello,

    I tried to update my credit card online but there is no option and my website is down.  Please help.  There is no option for me to renew and no one answers the phone!!!!!

      Hi,

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you premium package was canceled.

      In this case you will not be able to update the credit card details and you will need to purchase a new premium package.

      I can see you successfully purchased a new premium package on 4/2/2014.

    There is no option to 'un-assign' my package. I must not have updated my CC info for this year? Don't know why my account was canceled. I must have missed a notice. I need to get this working! Please help.

      Hey commontouch

      Your Premium package has recently been cancelled due to the failure of our billing system to renew your package.

      Your Wix documents were not effected by this change, they simply reverted back to free status including the Wix ads and the Wix free URL.

      If you would like to take advantage of everything Premium has to offer, please upgrade your document again.

    Please help: Given I could not afford the annual plan right away, I have just cancelled, it´s in the 14 days period, so to upgrade to a monthly plan.

     

    When I do so, upgrade to a monthly plan, I get that I have not enough founds. I know the problem here is that my credit card won´t have founds till the refund is made. So I got no site now.

     

    I look forward to hear from wix soon as I need the site online asap.

      Hi,

      Im sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, refunds take up to 20 business days once you've been refunded. Since once you cancel you get refunded automatically, you'll get it up to 20 days from when you cancelled.

    Hi,

     

    How do I get my website back up and running? I have tried to unassign it and then put in my new card details but everytime I try to re-purchase my monthly combo package it keeps saying 'error processing transaction'. Is there something I am doing wrong? I would really like to get my website online again. Thanks any help much appreciated. I have the funds on my card so that is not an issue.

      I can see that your premium package has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to resolve this matter, you will simply need to repurchase your desired premium package.
       
      To upgrade your document, please go to My Account > click Upgrade your site under the site you want to upgrade.
       
      You can find all the information regarding the premium packages here.
       
      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    Whatever I'm trying to purchase on the WIX site, I'm unable to go throughout payment : domain name, or annual forfait…at the step 4: BILLING INFORMATION., I'm asked for "Tax Id", I'm putting my Italian Tax ID, but nothing works…can you help?

      Hi annicklabonte ,

      Please note that there isn't  "*Tax"   field when purchasing a domain.

      Please supply us with a step by step description of what you do to recreate this issue.

      I can't pay for anything on Wix site, DOMAIN name, Annual forfait.etc…. On step 4 BILLING INFORMATION. it's asking for "tax Id" …I'm putting my Italian tax Id, it's not working. Can you help?

      Hi,

      If you are purchasing from Brazil you need to enter your CPF in the tax ID field.

    I tried to update my card details for www.taxleaders.net, but there is no place where I can update it? It now says that my package has been cancelled. I urgently need to get it up and running otherwise i'll lose a lot of business.

      Hi,

      Unfortunately, once the premium package is canceled, it is not possible to update credit card details.

      I checked your Wix account and I saw you purchased a new premium package.

    Hi, I built a website for my friend..he changed card info and the site was taken down for non payment..I just upgraded the site with the new card info..do I need to start over from step one to point to it? Or will it automatically come back online?

      To connect your site to a domain please visit our  Domain Portal or view the video below. The connection may take up to 72 hours to take effect.

    Hi,

    My account got cancelled as my card details changed and I forgot to change them, so I did what you've said on your e-mail:

    -Log into your Wix user account
    - My Account->Billing and Payments->Manage next to the package
    - Click on Update (from the payment method column)
    - Update your credit card and payment details

     

    And i purchased the domain and 1 more year. But the website is not online! What happen? I should wait until you confirm the payment? Is there something wrong?

      Hi,

      I see that both payments were processed successfully on August 6 and your site is back up and running.

      Is the site now back on line from your side?

      when i put directly the web adress: www.aviaodepapel.com  says that the domai has expired, and it goes diectly to here: http://domain.wix.com/expired?redirectedFor=www.aviaodepapel.com%2F

    yes my email has ben canceled due to non payment. my card was declined. I am currently trying to make the payment on the account but there is no where for me to update the card information on the domain email. I have purchased the packaged for the site for one year. I just need to pay the monthly fee for the domain email which is about $15. please let me know how i can reactivate my email.

      and every time i try to repurchase it, it tells me i already have a google account. Does this mean ive lost all my old emails in that account and i wont be able to use it again? or is there anyway i can pay on it and reactivate it and still have my old emails in there?

      Hi    jonlockridge,

       

      I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, since the Mailbox is past its expiry date and it was not renewed on time, you will have to wait about a month until your Mailbox is fully removed from Google and only then will you be able to purchase a new Mailbox for the domain through Google Apps/Wix. 
      We are currently in contact with Google about this issue. Once we get a more precise time-frame from them we will update you.
