I built a website a while ago and hadn't realised I had auto-renew on. I was charged for another year a couple of days ago and don't need the site anymore. Would it be possible to get a refund please?

Dear Wix team,
I used your service and I must say that I totally satisfied with it. When I decided to close my small business, I closed my website as well (www.tastycard.az).
First, I unpublished the website. Then I realised that my subscription was still on, therefore I canceled my subscription and mailbox in May 2014. You wanted one month notification period, which means that my last payment was due in June 2014.
As I canceled all my subscriptions and paying the last bill, I was supposed not to pay you anymore. Nevertheless, recently I found out that I was still charged monthly, which shocked me, because this was totally unexpected for me.
Following my last payment date (05.06.2014) I was charged:
1. 24.85 USD in 05.08.2014 and
2. 24.85 USD in 05.07.2014.
I do not understand why you are still charging me. Given that I am not using your service any more, and I canceled all my subscriptions, then there is no point of charging your customer unless you are deliberately doing this. If this is done deliberately, I cannot call it "charging customer" but stealing from customer. You are a listed company in the stock exchange and the way you are doing business is not consistent with transparency and rules of conduct requirements of the stock exchange. Where is your business ethics? If I did not find out that you were still taking my money, how long would you charge me? Years and years? Would you do this?
I want my money back. You have to refund me.

When I first signed up for the website service, I SPECIFICALLY turned auto renew OFF! Out of nowhere, I was charged again without my consent and found that auto renew was turned on AFTER I had initially turned it off. I would like a refund! I'm so upset!

I had canceled my subscription and had turned off auto renew, and I was still charged $14.95 after it was supposed to have been canceled. May I please have this refunded and make sure I will not be charged again.

I was just billed (July 17th, 2014) for another year's renewal on my website. I do not want to keep the website for another year, and would like the $150 dollars refunded to my account.
I have already canceled my auto-renew payment for next year, can you please confirm for me that my money will be refunded?

Im am Being Charged to My Paypal Account for A Wix Site That is Not Mine.I called Paypal Support They said to Call Wix Support Because It was An Authorized Signature Payment . This Is The www.mirandafamilybullies.com and This is The Email for That Account Mirandafbullies@aol.com . Im not sure How Long Wix has Been Charging My Credit Card But I would Like A Refund .
