To cancel a premium plan: Sign in to your Wix account > hover over Subscriptions > click Premium Plans.

Next to the relevant plan, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel payments.

 

Note: Canceling your Wix premium plan will not cancel any domain, app or mailbox subscriptions that you have with Wix. You can cancel your domain, app, or mailbox subscription via the Billing & Payment tab, under Manage Premium.

    hello, i just upgraded my account and paid 99$ but there is a mistake i got domain :

     i first want to cancel the purchase it was 30 minutes ago. than i need to understand what happened and to but the exact domain i need.

      Hello,

       

      Please note that the domain was not purchased through Wix.

       

      You still have a domain voucher which you can use to purchase the correct domain.

       

      To claim your domain voucher: Sign in to your Wix account > at the top right of the page, hover over the user panel > clickVouchers > under Free Domain, click Get Your 1 Year Free Domains.

       

      On the following page, enter the domain name in the search box > click Search to see if the domain is available > if the domain is available, click Get It > follow the steps provided to register your domain.

       

      When you reach the Purchase screen, make sure that the box next to Use my free 1 Year Domain gift is checked.

    Hi

    I want to remove my premium plan i chose monthly but it is yearly and i do not want it , i want to refund my fees and remove domain also, please help!

      Hello,

       

      I see that you have purchased a monthly premium upgrade, which has been cancelled and refunded.

       

      Please note that Wix domain names cannot be refunded.

       

      Please follow the directions below to end the automatic renewal process. 

      1. From My Account, next to Manage Premium click Billing and Payment. 
      2. Under Domain Subscriptions, next to your domain, click Manage. 
      3. Next to Next payment, click Cancel. 
      4. Click on the radio dial next to "No, I will renew the domain manually". 
      5. Click Save. 

      For more information regarding managing your payment section, please click  here .
       

      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site. 

       

      We are sorry to hear you have decided to cancel your Wix Premium upgrade package.  We hope you re-consider your decision and should you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us.

      Hello,

       

      Your premium plan is cancelled, and your domain will be cancelled on August 12th, 2015.


      Your credit card has been blocked for further purchases in Wix under this account.

    Hi there,

    i did not wish to renew my subscription. I'm sure the contract did not say that as I would not have purchased it. It took money from my account without asking. Please refund that as I did not wish to ever renew.

      In addition, if you also purchased a domain name through Wix that you would no longer wish to continue please be sure to cancel it.

    I am having the hardest time canceling premium subscription I am getting very fustrated no contact number anywhere. I dont  like this very much. Very unhappy.

    Hi I just purchased the wrong package it purchased as a yearly payment and i meant to purchase it as a monthly plan, I jus canceled the package after seeing they removed more money than i expected from my account instead of the 12.95 for the monthly arrangement I am needing to get that money refunded to me

      I checked your account and you were automatically refunded since you have cancelled the plan within 14 days. Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

       

      To purchase a monthly plan, simply upgrade again and make sure to select the monthly cycle plan. To upgrade your site: Sign in to your Wix account > click My Sites > next to the relevant site, click Upgrade.

    I had to switch to another platform with FTP and I'm pretty sure I cancelled my premium subscription On July first but i see i got charge again just today. I went in an re-cancelled- can they stop this payment from going through it is still pending or issue a refund since it just got charged today and i have cancelled.

    Hi There

    I have gone through and cancelled my membership following the instructions. I had my account renewal set to come out tomorrow (29 July 2014). I am wondering if the payment still goes through if I would be elifible for a refund (but I am hoping its all cancelled as of today and nothing comes out tomorrow)

      I see that you cancelled your Unlimited premium on July 27, and the service is due to expire today. You will longer be charged for this cancelled premium.

    ive recently purchased the Combo Premium Plan for my website but now I wish to cancel it and build a different site with you, I purchased it within 14 days so is it possible to have a full refund? I'm going to purchase the Combo plan again but just with a different website?

      -Each purchase is guaranteed a full refund only within the first 14 days of trial. 
      If you cancel your upgrade after our 14-day 100% money-back period, your Wix site will continue to receive premium status until the date when your current yearly/monthly payment ends. You will not be charged for the next payment period.
       
      (Please note that this policy includes Premium package purchases only - it does not include Wix domains which are a non-refundable purchase. If you have purchased both a Premium package and a Wix domain, you will receive a full refund for the package only.)
       
      -If you do cancel within the 14-day trial period, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. For more information please click here.

    My account just renewed automatically my service today, and I would like to cancel it because i didn't used it totally in passed year.  Could you please cancel the service and refund me back? Sorry about that. If i'm plan to open another website i will still choose WIX, you guys are amazing!
