To cancel your Google Apps mailbox: Sign in to your Wix account > from the top menu, hover over Subscriptions > click Mailboxes > under Manage Premium, click Billing & Payment.
Under Mailbox Subscriptions, next to the relevant mailbox, click Manage > next to Next Payment, click Cancel Payments > follow the steps provided in the pop-up window.

 

Important: After cancelling, your Google Apps mailbox will remain active until the next renewal date. After the renewal date, all mailboxes related to the Google Apps account will be cancelled and all data in the mailboxes will be deleted with no option to retrieve or restore the data.

 

If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted 23 days before the anniversary of your purchase. Make sure to cancel before this date to prevent the auto-renewal payment.

    Hang on a moment, please say I have got this wrong!!!

    I have 2 email accounts which I pay monthly from Wix, if I want to cancel only one, I have to cancel both and then restart again?

    Wix, this is a rip off if this is right. I can buy a email address one at a time so I should be allowed to cancel an email one at a time. I'm paying for 2 email addresses and only using one.

      Thank you for contacting Wix support! I apologize for the inconvenience, note that this is due to Google's internal policy. Therefore, if you cancel one of the mailbox's, all the mailboxes associated with your domain name will be cancelled.

    Yes... I have read this... I want to delete it NOW... not wait for it to cancel on its own... I want to change the billing cycle... the only way to do this it seems is to cancel the accounts, delete them and then add them back.  If I add the new accounts now they come in as MONTHLY... I DO NOT want this... I want them ALL on YEARLY accounts... something I can't do as long as there is an active account.  This is the reason I want to delete it now... not wait for a month to allow it to delete on its own.  I don't understand what has been so hard about understanding what I want to do... the canned answers have been ZERO help.

      Please note that currently is not possible to change the payment cycle. As you have been said, you will need to wait for the period to be over and then acquire a new mail box with yearly payment.

    To cancel your mailbox subscription, please follow the directions here.
     

    If you are cancelling a yearly plan, please remember that the renewal payment will be attempted 1 month before the anniversary of your purchase. You will need to cancel before this in order to prevent the auto-renewal payment.

    Still not getting the point... I know everything you have said already... I know the email account will auto delete after the billing period... I want to delete it EARLY... AS IN RIGHT NOW.  That way I can add new accounts back at a yearly rate.

    No problem- but please note: After cancelling an email account subscription, your email account will remain active until the next renewal date.     Totally missed the point... I am NOT TALKING ABOUT THE SITE... BUT THE GOOGLE APPS ACCOUNT. 

    I bought one account at the monthly rate... talked to the owner he wants to add 4 more email accounts at a yearly rate... I have read that you can't change the billing cycle.  So I figured if I was to delete them 100% I could start over adding the 5 accounts back at a yearly rate.

    Deleting an account

    I am not looking for a refund, I just need to delete this account so I can add it back with more accounts at a yearly rate.

    I just set up an email with wix through Google apps it just does not work! I saw others responded having the same trouble! I want my money back....and I tried to cancel the billing but the CANCEL BUTTON does not work either! I have a premium account and I just wanted to add a mailaddress to my site.Thank you
