When I set up my GoDaddy account I had a question, immediately started a chat with a support team member and on the phone with a tech rep in a matter of three minutes my issue was resolved.
I have been frustrated with trying to get information on a simple transfer question for the past three days with Wix and still have to wait until next Tuesday to talk to a live person only if I am at the phone when they call me.
Not the best of customer support in my opinion.

Thank you for your reply, it sound like a very polite way of saying that everything is as a fault of my own and I misunderstood what I purchased including how I am posting on the forum page. We usually learn life's lessons best when it costs us something, in this case it has cost me time, money, and a whole lot of needless aggravation.
However now that I have learned some valuable lessons rest assure I will not be making them again, I can see a positive difference in signing up with GoDaddy and the support that I expected from Wix.

Please note that you can always ask a question on this forum but the moment you post several threads regarding the same topic it causes confusion and a delay in our answer.
Please note that purchasing a domain is not equivalent to purchasing a Premium Plan. You actually need a Premium Plan in order to connect a domain. 60 days wait time before you can transfer a domain is true for most of the hosts, not only Wix.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
There is no way for us to refund a domain but if you purchase a Premium Plan we can offer to extend its duration by few weeks in order to reimburse you for the price of one year domain.
