    Hi Wix,

    My name is siddharth samaddar.

    I have made a test site for my company (http://samadarsidharth.wix.com/siddharth).

    Were in i would like to go ahead with Upgrade to any of the premium package.

    As i am operating from INDIA how much would be the bill in INR Currency?

    I also need to speak to wix support in india as i have some technical doubts.

    I built a website one time and wondered WHY I couldn't attach the PayPal link. I actually was able to speak directly to Wix. & they said you had to be an online store. SOOOOOO none of your Bed & Breakfast or hotels or boutique hotels have a link to make ONLINE RESERVATIONS. How should I do this? I don't even know how to get back to this page. I hope you either call or email me directly. I don't know the steps that I actually arrived on this page. Not computer savy completely. Help Leslie

      Check out the Hotel Booking App available in the Wix App Market. This app lets you create an all-in-one booking system which allows your guests to book directly from your site.

      To add the Hotel Booking App: Click here > click Add App > click Select Site > click Add to site.

      Click the Hotel Booking Page to select it > from the pop-up menu, click App Settings > click Get Started.

    My account domain is not connected somehow.  I have paid, checked my bank account and my invoice shows that I paid for this month and back office shows my account as active.  I upgraded to e commerce.  I also sent a letter yesterday with urgent on it and no response.  I have re-launched my business and can not promote my work with my account not actively working with my domain name.

     

    Please help with the utmost urgency

    My bank statement shows that I was charged twice. One charge was for $24.85 and another charge for $12.95.

    Could someone please explain why or refund my account the error.

      The payment of $24.95 was for your yearly .com domain name.

      You were charged $24.95 for the yearly payment for your domain name and $12.95 for your monthly Combo premium plan.

      You will continue to be charged $12.95 per month for your Combo premium plan.

    Hi , You guys normally deduct money from my credit card on the 3rd of every month.

    I am still waiting to get paid, I am not sure if I will have money this weekend.

    Please do not deduct any money on the 3rd, I will let you know as soon as I get paid, when the transaction must take place.

      Hello Carmen, 

       

      Monthly plans are charged automatically 1 month after the creation date. Your monthly plan started on June 2nd 2014 which is why the plan has been charging your account on the 3rd of every month.

       

      You can go ahead and cancel your monthly plan before it gets charged on August 3rd and restart the plan on a different date to change your payment cycle.

    I would like to remove a credit card from my account (so no further bills go against it), but want to keep my service.

      Hi,

       

      I'm afraid that in order to keep your Premium active, we need to have at least one active CC on file. Removing your CC information will automatically cancel the subscription.

       

      Wix send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it.

      Accepted Credit Cards:
      VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners.

       
      Accepted Debit Cards:
      Visa & MasterCard.
       

      Note: If you sign up for a monthly plan, the contract length is one month and you are charged on a monthly basis. If you sign up for a yearly plan, you will be charged the full (yearly) amount, at one time, each year.

      Hey, 

      I can see that the eCommerce premium plan was cancelled and you will not be charged anymore. 
       

      We never remove/destroy websites. If you go back to free from premium you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.

    I am trying to pay the latest invoice of www.chc303.com. The problem in paying late is due to our payment (received) date and request that we are billed on the 3rd of every month. We can then set up automatic payments. ( alipia8@gmail.com )

      I can see that your premium plan has been cancelled due to payment issues. In order to reinstate your premium features you just need to upgrade your site again.
       
      To upgrade your site, please go to My Sites > click Upgrade next to the site that you want to upgrade.
       
      You can find detailed information about our premium plans here.
       
      Please note that we never remove/destroy websites.  If you go back from premium to free you’ll simply have your original Web address and Wix ads but you will still have full control of your site.
