    Hi  r_dukeshire,

    As Shauna stated above:

We will not give away your material or any content that is placed on your site. This would be an international copyright infringement. Your images belong to you. Our terms of use is stating that we can use your created site to promote Wix throughout our website or ads online. We will never go in to your site to make changes, it belongs to you. If we do use your site for anything, we will contact you.

Sounds like Wix can sell peoples photos if they so choose and cut out the photographer who took them. Great deal for WIX if that's the case and crap for the photographer.

    Hey @emangama4,

Thank you for contacting Wix support.

I am sorry, bu we do not offer users access to a site's code.

    Hi  josephabramo ,

The Wix pictures, under the Wix tab, are royalty free photos for your convenience. You can use any of these photos without breaking any international copyright laws. If you choose to use pictures from external URL's, you will have to contact the author for permission to use them in your site as these images are not owned by Wix.

Are there any copyrights on any of the pictures currently included in WIX's database when a web site is being created. My account was upgraded to Premium recently and I used the same images available from WIX to complete the pages. In the statement from WIX is expressed as such that clients are welcome to use images, and to remove banners from WIX. I'd really appreciate your feedback on this and would like to know my rights and protect the interests of my organization now and in the future.

    Thanks
