      Hello bbree30,

      Thank you for contacting Wix support!

      It seems that the Menu Bar text color is set to white, while your background is also white and that is what makes it look like the menu disappeared. In order to rectify this, from the editor just click on the Menu box and enter the Settings > Change Style > Personalize this Menu.

      From there change the Text color so it will be different than the background color of your page.

    hi there, 

    A couple of weeks ago i started designing my website using one of your templates and saved it under 'shine' however i cant seem to access it now and have a feeling thats due to me not creating a login or password before i started designing the site. is there any way you can find the site i started designing so i am able to finish? or is it lost for good and have to start again?

      Hi there, 

      thank you for getting back so quickly :) my username i think may be my email which is pheebz98@hotmail.com but like i said i dont remember logging in and putting this information through? i also havnt attached my domain name to the site yet because i had a feeling i was going to change it - so i just saved it under 'shine'.

      Unfortunately there are no sites under this e-mail .


      If you use Firefox or Chrome, and you allowed your browser to save your passwords, you can try to retrieve your login details:

      For Firefox, go to Options --> Security --> Saved Passwords.
      For Chrome, go to Options --> Personal Stuff --> Manage Saved Passwords.

      Please go to your scheduler again. You will be prompted that they can not schedule a call because you already have one scheduled. The option there is to cancel the call, or to modify the details of the existing call.

    Just started using the site today and i think it is fantastic! i was just wondering how i like my social media sites to it such as twitter instead of it going to thw WIX twitter page. Cheers!

      In order to link the icons in your Social Bar to your social media profiles, you will need to enter the correct URL for each icon.


      To enter your social URLs: Click the Social Bar to select it > from the pop-up menu, click Organize Icons > on the left of Organize Social Icons, select an icon > on the right of Organize Social Icons, under Link to, enter your social URL > click OK.

      The Google Calendar App is currently only in English.
      Events that you add will show up in the language that you added them in.
      Please note that you can add a Google calendar in any languages via the HTML app.

      For free Users: The format of the free Wix site URL is username.wix.com/sitename.
      You can find your URL simply by clicking on Settings inside your editor > Site Address. You will find your URL under "Your Site Address is:".

      For Premium Users: If you have upgraded your site and want to view it with your own domain, please click  here for instructions.

      You can find your created site simply by clicking on My Sites.


      Please be aware that it can take from 1 to 3 months for Google to update its database and for your site to be indexed. Finding your site using your relevant keywords may take even more time.


      One way to speed up this process is to submit your website directly to search engines.

      You can submit your website directly to Google here.
      You can submit your website directly to Bing here.

      Wix guarantees that all of the text and meta tags on your site are being scanned by search engines, however we cannot guarantee that Google will choose to assign your website a high rank, this part is up to you.


      Make sure that your websites content has been optimized in accordance with the advice offered in our SEO Learning Center. We also recommend that you use the SEO Wizard & Monitoring tool for a more in depth analysis of your site’s SEO.

    I have looked for an hour how to get my question posted to the forum since i cant talk to wix for a week!  I dont see a "Click here" or "need more help" button anywhere!!  There are several things that wix insturcts me to do however, it doesn't match whats on their site, i.e. click here or there, there's no buttons that match where they say to click!


    Ugh. so frustrated already and haven't even signed up yet.  after seeing feedback it sounds like this isn't a very relaible, easy to use site.

      can you look at my site and tell me why, in the preview mode, i think on the Two bedroom page, there is text from the template site that i cannot delete.
