You can contact us by phone in one of the following ways:

 
1) Click this link to select a time to speak to an agent based on our availability and call volume.
In order to meet the needs of our rapidly growing Wix community and to continue to deliver the personal and professional service you've come to expect from us, we now offer a scheduled call back service. Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared. Call slots on the scheduler will be shown in your local time, based on the clock of the computer you are using to schedule the call.
 
2)  Call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to speak to a live agent (or 415-639-9034 for non-US callers). Our call center is open from 6am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better.  Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.
 
VIP users: Please be sure to enter your user ID when calling directly. This will allow us to direct your call to our VIP team.

    You've taken down my site, won't answer the phone and want me to schedule to talk to someone in a week?  Are you THAT busy?  My customers think I've gone out of business because you don't CALL SOMEONE when their domain expires...I immediately renewed and I'm still offline...

     

    YOU HAVE AN HOUR to call me and fix this, or my blog of 10,000 readers, along with 10's of thousands of radio listeners and I are about to have a WIX PARTY.....

     

    I've been a customer over a year....FIX THIS NOW!

    Hi

    I started a website and spent a lot of time, when I went to preview and to go back to edit more it wouldn't allow me to at all. So now I think I have lost the work I have done. I did save it to my computer and when I click on that it dosnt open

    Hi I spent time on a website , when I went to preview it wouldn't allow me to go back into the site to continue work!! I saved it to my computer and when I click on it doesn't open. can you retrieve this. Otherwise I have to start all over again.. Thank you

      Hi,

       

      The editor needs constant connection to our servers, it is not possible to work with it offline or save your pages to your computer.
      If you still want to save them, you can use the "print screen" option.

      Please note: Wix does not support the option of exporting files created using Wix to an external destination or host.
      We host all your Wix creations on our servers. The advantages of using Wix as your host include improvements to your site's loading time, search engine optimization and more.

      Therefor, any unsaved changes won't remain on your Editor.

    I cant log onto my account or find my email address

    Hi I literally bought an email address and I am trying to access the account but google apps is not recognising the address.

    I cant seem to find the address I bought to see if I am going mad. I know I bought josh@enterpriserelocations.com but I cant even double check this.

     

    Can I get a number to call someone on?

    Ive rang the wix support call centre a couple of times recently from the UK, and both times have got through to a live person straight away. Very helpful staff too. Anyone calling from the UK to wix this is the telephone number i used.( ive posted the internatitional code so this would get you straight through to the call centre )   0014156399034
