In order to meet the needs of our rapidly growing Wix community and to continue to deliver the personal and professional service you've come to expect from us, we now offer a scheduled call back service. Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared. Call slots on the scheduler will be shown in your local time, based on the clock of the computer you are using to schedule the call.
 
2)  Call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to speak to a live agent (or 415-639-9034 for non-US callers). Our call center is open from 6am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better.  Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.
 
VIP users: Please be sure to enter your user ID when calling directly. This will allow us to direct your call to our VIP team.

    We do not at this time.  You can reach us at the US number provided in the best reply, or you are welcome to either post your own topic, or you can find a similar topic to ask a question.  Wix team members check the forums frequently.

    Upgrade and support issues.

    I would have upgraded my account but I the fact that I can't talk to anyone when I need support is a serious detterent for me. When Wix is ready to have  support phone lines, I'll upgrade.

    I just checked your account and do not see any recently deleted websites.  Can you give me the name of the website you are trying to locate?  I'd be glad to help you resolve this issue.

     

    But please be advised, if you closed your editor without saving the document, there will be no way to recover it.

    My website has disappeared, I've been on "hold" for 20 minutes to no avail. Is Wix following the customer support footsteps of Yahoo and AOL?

    Kendra,

     

    The only way to control load times is to decrease the amount that needs to be loaded on the page- by optimizing your images, fonts etc..

     

    The speed that you receive from our servers is the same. Although you can purchase more bandwidth to allow more visits to your site, the speed you're given is the same.

     

    Regarding adding pages-. It's preferable to use master-pages as well, but any split of your content across pages should help.

    My website does not always load. Is there any options, other than descreasing image size, video, and ect. to get more space. Can I pay for more server space? Also, the technical support says, add more pages. Do you mean add more pages to the website or add more pages to a webpage?
