Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared. Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better.  Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.

    Phone support for WIX

    I was thinking about using WIX and transferring my domain here to build a website. I guess at this point the trial site I am trying through you does not have a domain. I noticed there is no phone support. My question to you is this: Is there phone support if I pay for a yearly site package like the Unlimited Entrepreneurs and Freelancers package?
    How much support is there for the package aforementioned?

      I was told my site would be working in 24hrs it has been 1 month and a week this isn't good at all i have never had this happen before

    Wix,

    We have been trying to publish our Premium website and it never works.  When you visit the website it either says "not published" or "404 not found".  We have published the website to our web address and followed through all of the steps.  We cannot wait another week to finally be contacted by Wix.  PLEASE help so that we don't take our business elsewhere.

      Can you tell us which site you are having trouble with?  I see one site in this account, that site is live on your domain.  What address are you using to view your site?  you should be able to go to my account, the click the web page address under your site to view the site live on the web.

      I have visited your domain and I see it is correctly directed to your Wix site, which has been published.   Your site works perfectly!

      If you are still having trouble viewing your site, please try doing the following:

      1) Go here and click on "Delete all sites".Then clear your browser's cache.

      For step-by-step instructions about how to clear your browser's cache, please follow this link.
      You can also find a video tutorial here.

      2) Try to Flush your DNS. For detailed instructions on how to do so please go here.

      3) Please go to the Windows start menu->click on 'run'-> select the first option: 'Run'-> type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      For Mac users: Go to ‘Application’ then open ‘Terminal’ and type: 'ping yourdomain.com'->A window will pop with an IP address. Please run this test from several computers.

      -If you receive an IP address on your computer other than the IP you see here and you see this IP from other computers please contact an IT expert in your area for further troubleshooting.

      -If you receive a different IP than the IP you see here from multiple locations, please send it to us in order for us to check it.

      I am sorry, I don't know exactly what you are looking like.  I cleared my cache and every time I googled IU D3 Hockey the links still bring me to this.  Numerous others have tried to access the site and it does not work.  Please tell me how you are accessing it.

      This issue is occurring due to fact that your domain records have not yet fully propagated. 

      Please allow up to 72 hours from the moment you've connected your domain to Wix for the changes to fully propagate, and let us know if the problem persists after that.

    hI..

    I have a premium site Separate Well.. I want to transfer to a different template but Its not letting me.. When I go to manage premium and then transfer it says that I need at least two documents to transfer.. What does this mean.. Do you have an Australian telephone number that I can call

      Hi,

      Please note that unfortunately, it is not possible to change one Wix template with another one within a created site. It is also not possible to combine two different Wix templates in one site- you are able to edit only one at a time. If you wish to choose a different template, simply create a new site.

      After creating the new site you can easily move your premium status to it! Simply enter your "manage premium" system via "My Account".

      Please note that you will have to attach your domain to your updated site. You can do it via the Domain Manager when clicking on "Manage Premium".

    I need someone to call me ASAP.

    Good Afternoon,

    I having problems with my publishing my domain. I received an email saying I needed to wait 60 days in order to publish. Well those 60 are up, and I'm still having problems publishing. I need someone from your staff to physically call me to help troubleshoot this problem. I do not want to handle this via email. I can get connected at 310-880-9121.

    Hi, 

    I have scheduled a phone call now with the Wix team 4 times now and have never received a call, Today one was supposed to arrive at 10:00 GMT United Kingdom, but no call. 

    Please could i either set up an email thread with a member of the Wix team to ask the questions i need to ask, or be given more information on how to speak to somebody that can help. 

    P.S i am a premium account holder and i am not happy with the support service.
