Scheduling a call with a Wix Product Specialist also allows you to ask your question in advance so that we can come prepared. Entry of your user ID on our phone system will help us to process your call better.  Please note that wait times may be longer on non-scheduled calls.

    I want to know more about THE UNLIMITED ENTREPRENEUR AND FREELANCER PACKAGE,will I have my own website published in my own domain like WWW.mycompany.com? Will I have personalized emails like info@mycompany.co.uk? Do I get search engine submission?...I would also like to know if I will one year free subscription as inscribed on the package if I purchase a one year rental? I would also like to know if I can change my website design template at anytime..pls reply via heywhysamba@gmail.com

      You can always edit your site and make additional changes, once you save and publish the changes go online instantly, this is true even fro free websites.

       

      If you upgrade a site it will be able to connect with a domain, if you choose a yearly plan (except the Connect Domain plan) you will also receive a voucher fro a free domain for 1 year (as you mentioned, such as WWW.mycompany.com). Email accounts are not provided with a premium plan but can be purchased separately.

    Hello, I would like to know if i need eComerse in order to accept offline payment orders.

    I want the customer to order and check out with out having to pay online.

    -my customers pay me cash upon receiving  delivery, Thanks in advance for your help :)

      Hi,

      You can use the shoping cart for free, as long as you do not need the activate the ' Checkout  ' button.

      If you do not want to connect the shopping cart to any payment method, you can use it for free.

       

      Please keep in mind: If you wish to use Wix ' Offline payment ' feature then you will need to upgrade the site to an Ecommerce package, as your customers will still need to click on the ' Checkout ' button in order to complete the purchase .

       

      Offline payment is not a merchant account but it is still a payment method.

    no numbers work and the wix site barely works.. the support is pretty much non existent or any help... spent hours building a site .. the editor has loaded properly once over 5 devices over 3 weeks... a joke.

    I love how hard it is to contact anyone. VERY deceiving to think support is readily available. They say you can schedule phone support and when you do it even gives you today's date as an option. You confirm only to receive an email that states your call is actually scheduled for the following day. Should have went with Square 24/7 ALL the time support. Was even warned about this with WIX but until yesterday I have had nothing but smooth sailing. This is the first time in three accounts that I have needed help and can't get it.

      Hello,

      I saw your comment regarding our scheduled call system.. There was an error over the weekend that was displaying the incorrect date on the date picker screen.  The error was fixed on Monday morning and you should see the correct date and time shown.  I apologize for the confusion, the date and time selection on the site and in the confirmation email should work properly now.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    I'm not one for giving people feedback on the internet usually. But I feel compelled to in this case. Dealing with Wix this last two week has been hands down the single worst customer service experience of my life. First of all the FAQ are useless, then to try to find a 'chat to us now' text box doesn't exsist, so eventually after 30mins of search the site I finally find a schedule a call option... for FUCKING 5 DAYS AWAY!!!!!!!! This is bullshit! Eventually when I do receive the call I miss it, so I have to reschedule another fucking phone call. When I do finally speak to somebody he tells me there is a direct line but it isn't on the website anywhere! What fucking good is that???!!! For a website hosting service that is providing businesses with their online presence we need to be able to contact you in real time when an issue arises, not 5 fucking days later!!! Worst god damn customer service ever.

    Put your phone number on the home page so people can call. Not everybody are fucking nerds who can navigate the internet like a hacker to get one phone number. That's why we use WIX because we don't need to be nerds. so make it simple wix. get your shit together.

    Sorry about the language, i just need to convey how angry I am right now because of your complete lack of respect for your customers. Fuck you.

      Note that you can call 1-800-6000-WIX (949) to contact a live agent without having to schedule in advance (Callers outside the US can call 415-639-9034).

      Please note that wait times will be longer for direct calls than scheduled calls and that you must cancel any pending scheduled calls (either online or through the phone) to get through to a live agent when you call the above numbers.

      Please make sure you've updated your browser to the latest version as well as your Adobe Flash plugin.

      Then, clear your cache and flash cookies (You can find step by step instructions on how to clear your cache here. To clear the flash cookies, please log out of your account, go here and click on "Delete all sites".) and try again.

      With the new HTML editor we give you option to use the advanced HTML5 technology which entails new capabilities and solutions for your site as well as comprehensive support for mobile devices. However, HTML5 is still a relatively new technology and it not yet fully supported by all browsers. These browsers will catch up with this technology, but to make sure things run smoothly, please make sure to update all your browsers to the most recent versions. You can easily check how well does your current browser support HTML5  here.

      To download the latest Firefox browser please click here.
      To download the latest Safari browser for Mac please click here.
      To download the latest Internet Explorer browser please click here.

      Notes
