I already have domain and hosting, so I don't need the monthly subscription for hosting and domain. So how can I remove the Wix Ads?

    You mean like a Favicon?

In order to use your own favicon, simply click on "Settings" from your Editor, then click Extras. Click Replace and add your own Favicon! For more information, click here or check out the video below.

Please note: In order to replace/remove the favicon, you will have to upgrade to one of the packages that include removing the Wix ads. You can find more information about our packages here

    Hi,

I checked your account and do not see that you ever had a premium upgrade.

Please give us the URL of the premium site or the username of the account so that we can check this issue.

    Hi,

I only want to remove the ads and link it to my own domain. Is the AD FREE PACKAGE  enough to do that?

    sirensbeauty ,

In order to remove the Wix ads and use your own domain name you need to purchase the Combo/Unlimited/eCommerce premium package.

You can view the details of the packages here.

    Dana.

Thanks Dana, but  those packs are  too expensive just to remove the ads and I don't need any of the other perks that it offers.  I 'll have to use something else for the website. Thanks anyway!

Based on what I've been reading so far, in order for me to remove the ads, I have to pay a monthly fee, and pay for items that I don't need or necessarily want?  You don't offer a single, one time license fee to remove the ads?

I checked the account under nospam@wix.com and did not find a premium package.  Please provide the email or domain name for the account with the premium package.

I don't know where to post this so i post it here but. I have this problem when i type my name in on google it shows me a test page (thegeto/part2)  there doesn't exist anymore. and the problem is that it leads to your site. its the one in the top and mine is the one with beats. and it makes me look unprofessional.

Sorry, I forgot to say, if you wasn't aware, that I only want www.kay-n-81.com on google and any other search engines.

I'm not spanish?...i made www.wix.com/kay-n-81-part2. and i don't want the link to show on google.

Google tells me to ask www.wix.com - since you're the owner of www.wix.com/kay-n-81-part2 to update, if i understands correctly.

I have erased www.wix.com/kay-n-81-part2 from wix because i used it as a test page for www.kay-n-81.com which i bought through you, but now it just shows www.wix.com/kay-n-81-part2 on top, when i search on google instead of only www.kay-n-81.com .

    sorry if i seemed confused.

No Kenneth , it wasn't you who posted in Spanish :)

Regarding your site, first of all, Wix sites have a format for their url: www.wix.com/UserName/DocName so www.wix.com/kay-n-81-part2 cannot be valid, it has a site name or a user name only.

Now, regarding your free site url surpassing your domain named site on google, please note that the free site pre-existed so it is very natural for it to initially surpass your domain named site, the solution for this is not to lower your wix url ranking but to raise that of the domain url.
