There are five Upgrade options:

Connect Domain ($4.95/month):
This package enables you to use your own domain that you purchased from any domain registrar. You can store up to 500 MB, with 500 MB bandwidth.

Widget plan ($5.95/month):
Purchasing this package, will remove the Wix ads that appear on the website. You can store up to 500 MB, with 1 GB bandwidth.

Combo Package ($9.90/month):
This package includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 1 GB with 1 GB bandwidth.

Unlimited Package ($14.90/month):
This package includes connecting your domain and removing the Wix ads from your site. You can store up to 2.5 GB with unlimited bandwidth.

Ecommerce Package ($15.90 first 6 month - $19.90 thereafter)
This package includes connecting your domain, removing the Wix ads from your site and using the Ecommerce feature. You can store up to 2.5 GB with 5 GB bandwidth.

I am wondering if I can purchase an ecommerce monthly plan for a site I created on wix and if I am happy with it, I would like to then upgrade it to the yearly package... would I still be eligible to receive the vouchers if I signup for the yearly package AFTER I have tried it for a month (what if I cancel the monthly plan within the 14 days... would it be considered a new plan and I could use the promotion?)

Also I am wondering...can two different premium packages be purchased for two different sites on the same account? so I could have a monthly package for one site that I created and a yearly package for another site, but within the same account...

You can get the monthly and when you are ready you can up grade to a yearly with no problem and when you do you will  get the vouchers. Every time you do an upgrade to a yearly it will give you a set of vouchers. You can cancel your plan with in the 14 days and get your money back only for first time upgrades. 

you can buy as many premium packages you like with in one account. Remember that one premium plan for one site. 

I read that the Google adds voucher only is valid for those with billing adress in Canada and USA. Is it correct then that I get only the facebook adds for $50 and the free domain that I actually would not need as I already have a domain...?

@pos57, Where did you read this about the Google voucher valid addresses?

This voucher is good for everyone that can use Google Adwords, which you should have no problem doing. This promotion is a whole deal, there is no way to split or merge these gifts. Even if you do not need one of the free gifts you are given, it is still a great sale that you should take advantage of.  

@live4adrenaline , Please read the Best Reply at the top of this thread to learn how to get these free vouchers. They are both for advertising your site, one via Google and one via Facebook.

@Shauna: thx for reply can you also please explain the meaning for "bandwidth" limit ?? I understand the "storage" but is bandwidth a measure of data flow once users open a wix website ?? If yes how can I check the size of my www ??

Think of the bandwidth as a pipe line, the bigger the pipe, the more water can go through in it in any given time. If the diameter of the pipe is small, it will take more time for the water to go through.

This is the same as traffic to your site. We will let you know when you come close to your bandwidth limit, this should not be a problem. 

To check the actual size of your site, log in to your editor, click Control + A at the same time, then Control + C and you will be able to see the size on the bottom left hand side of the screen. 

What happens if the bandwigth is exceeded ? I believe that is the most important bit

If your site exceeds its allowed bandwidth we will contact you with instructions on how to gain more.  Please note that we will contact you if your site starts to come close to its allowed bandwidth, but almost no sites ever reach this level.
