    I just cancelled my eCommerce package, in hopes of downgrading to an unlimited package for the next year. However it is not allowing me to set a yearly plan for an unlimited package at the moment. It just tells me the eCommerce package will expire on March 2, 2012 and has no option for me to pre-set an unlimited yearly plan to take its place. I was hoping to avoid having my website and its connected domain name expire for any period of time in between the limbo of switching premiums. Is there a way I can accomplish pre-setting an unlimited plan before the expiration date? Thank you, Chantelle

      Thank you for contacting Wix support.

       

      Since you already have a running Wix site with a domain attached to it (meaning the domain is set up correctly), purchasing a new package and attaching the domain to it should cause 0 downtime.
