    All your e-mails about your new developments dropped to my inbox whole year. But somehow your e-mail about “wix premium auto renewal” dropped to my “spam folder”. And  I did not see it.  

    I did not know that you are caching my credit card details and you  have the authorization to renew my contract every year.  You must have written somewhere in your long long contracts. I did not authorize you to charge something from my credit card I was trapped into it. Even so, you have the obligation to warn me at least 30 days before charging something. Your warning mail came only 15 days ago. Nobody asked me if I agree with a year more service. I open my credit card bill see that yearly 99 $  is charged from wix.com! I want a refund. luckily I realized it in 14 days period.

    Unfortunately Wix domain purchases are non-refundable once registered.

     
    Wix domain purchases are separate from Premium package purchases and do not have a 14-day free trial policy.

    Hey, 

     

    I canceled the auto renewal for wix services on my account and I still received an auto charge for the domain 8 months later. Can I get this charge refunded and cancel all wix services for this account like I thought I did 8 months ago?

    Your premium has been cancelled and the invoice has been voided.

    You will no longer be charged for this cancelled account.

    Hi, I was not aware nor warned of an upcoming renewal. I understand you do send mails warning of a pending renewal, but i cant find one in my inbox? I do not want to renew for another year and have tried to cancel, but it says it will only cancel on the 24 Nov 2012. please could you cancel my premium account. Im not in need of that site anymore. As i no longer use this credit card i dont need a refund i just want to cancel my account.

    I also have not received any notification email about renewal of yearly package. I canceled my acct, and it says it will be only canceled Oct 11 2012. I request a refund please.

    Hi

    I have the similar case here, somehow. I have not received any notification email about renewal of yearly package. And i just only received 2nd notice of invoice yesterday. Not 1st, but 2nd. and it sent to my spam mail. So i quickly canceled my acct, and it says it will be only canceled June 22 2012. I have not been using the acct for a few months and not plan to use it in future. And I really want it to be canceled immediately and not being charged for the upcoming year. Pls help.

    Hi there,

    Wix use to send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it.

    If they cancel on time they are not being charged.

    I understand that somehow you missed this e-mail.

    However, your Wix Premium Upgrade has been canceled, and your account has been refunded.

    Please be informed that it takes 7 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
