    We will take these notes into consideration. Please be aware the charge should appear as PLI*WIX so we hope users to recognize it this way. I am very sorry for any confusion caused.

    Hi Wix Team. 

    I had similar problems here. I received the notification emails 2 weeks in advance, but when the payment actually showed up on my statement, it appeared fraudulent to me, as it showed up as "PLIMUS INTERNATIONAL," including a foreign currency conversion charge, which rang no bells. It created a bit of a headache to track down where that charge had come from and to ensure there was nothing funny going on, as it does seem a little suspect the way it appears on the statement.

    I've been extremely happy with your services thus far, but perhaps a suggestion in this area going forward, if I may? 

    Including in the notification email how the charge will likely appear on the credit card statement would be exceptionally helpful, as on my statement, it had nothing to do with WIX. Also, sending a receipt email or notification at the time of billing from you guys including the amount that was charged would be highly helpful as well, so as to keep track of everything, and avoid similar headaches in the future.

    Wix send notification e-mails to the users two weeks before expiration of the yearly package in order for them to decide if they want to continue the use of the premium or to cancel it.

    If they cancel on time they are not charged.

    I understand that somehow you missed this e-mail.
     

    your billing account shows that the payment has been received on 16 Dec 2012..

    My bank have stopped the payment too. Surely wouldn't it be better if you notified customers that your yearly subscription is due. Not vey good customer service is in practise here.

    Hiya

    I got a call from my bank asking me to confirm wix payment i had made but they said that it was based in CYPRUS! Is that were you or Plimus are based?

    Hi, Yes. Plimus is one of our Billing payment gateways. Please contact your bank and Authorize Wix as a safe payee. Thank You.
