    Pages improve SEO because Google considers content on the Pages to be a part of the Master Page that the Pages are located on. You can find more about SEO here.

    The page group pages are elements of the master page.  That is how they can slide in and out, use transitions etc.  If you create a new master page, the entire page will re-load and you will get a new entry in your site map.

    So it is better to have google index your entire site as one page?

    Also, according to the Wix SEO monitoring tool, I have two "headings" (H1) on my master page and supposedly that is bad. But, the SEO page says all headings need to be over 31 pts (headings are located on each individual page on my website). So should I go and reduce the size of my headings or not?

    Regardless of whether your website is composed of a single Master Page containing a Page Group or several Master Pages, all content within your website is crawled by Google.

    The only difference, in relation to how Google views these Pages and Master Pages, is that sites are made up of a single Master Page with all the site content housed on a Page Group is seen by Google as one page. Google does not recognize Pages within a Group as individual Pages whereas Master Pages are recognized as individual pages by Google.

    If your intention is to optimize each page on your site individually, then it is better that you create a site that is comprised of Master Pages rather than a Page Group. However, having a site made of a single Master Page is not an SEO disadvantage.

    I have checked the source code and can see that you only have one h1 tag that read 'Vyki Alleman'. Your h1 is normally the header on your 1st Master Page - if you have other Master Pages with headers, these will be h2 tags.

    The SEO Monitoring tool is a brilliant guide, but it is not 100%. You can always come to the support pages and ask questions if there is something you are unsure about.

    My research has shown that having several master pages is better for SEO because it allows you to use multiple keyword search terms by tailoring each master page to a keyword.  HOWEVER, the visitor interaction is significantly worse using several mater pages because of the load time between pages.  Currently my pages take up to 10 seconds to load and it's causing a higher bounce rate as evidenced by Analytics reports.  Why do my pages load so slow?  It's not a picture issue as even master pages that I have intentional left blank take the same amount of time to load.  Is there anyway to speed them up?

    @norcrossmarine

    It might be the connection between your website and your hosting site. Try changing to other hosting site.
