I was just informed that my Wix site couldn't be seen from his mobile Apple iOS because of the flash component on the home page. He suggested to use a still photo instead on the home page. Can anyone assist me with this?

I see that you haven't yet created your Wix mobile site.

Wix Mobile is based on HTML 5 and is designed to provide you with a top market solution for mobile website building. Simplifying the creation of mobile websites, Wix Mobile provides a set of unique templates specifically designed for optimal display and performance on smartphones and tablets/mobile devices.

Unlike website conversion technologies which offer a limited and basic version of the original website, Wix Mobile will deliver a comprehensive browsing experience while utilizing the full functionality available on modern smartphones.

Regular websites do not convert well into mobile devices because regular sites and mobile sites work differently and serve different purposes. Wix Mobile allows you to create a mobile site from our mobile templates. Your mobile site will inherit the domain and other settings of your regular Wix website.

Currently, Wix Mobile sites can be viewed on iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry (from version 6) . We are working on supporting more mobile devices and adding more features, so after you create the mobile site, your friend's Apple device will be able to access your site.

Instructions for creating your mobile site:

    1. CLICK the mobile image next to your Wix site in My Account
    2. CUSTOMIZE a beautiful mobile site template with ease
    3. PUBLISH & view instantly on iPhones, iPads, Androids, Blackberry (from version 6), etc!
    4. VISITORS from mobile devices will be auto-redirected to your mobile site

    2) Also my website keeps going down, sometimes i check it  during the day from different computers and it says it 'can't find the page'. Do u know what the issue could be?

    3) ive set up my mobile site too but when i publish it, it gives me a different  link rather than my website to access it from my phone.  http://m.wix.com/mrobsonproductions/mrobsonproductions

how can i connect it to my website?

    mrobsonproductions,

    1. when I searched for  "mrobsonproductions" on google your website came out as the fifth result. what are the key words you're using in order to search for your website?

    2. I wasn't able to detect any problem in your website that might explain why your website is not online, everything is in place. what exactly do you see when your website is down? are you getting an error message?

    3.  your website "http://m.mrobsonproductions.com/" is online and works great. what is the scenario in which you get this URL: http://m.wix.com/mrobsonproductions/mrobsonproductions ?

Are the contents and keywords on each individual page visible to search engines and helping with my page ranking? I read on your site that Google reads all of my pages as one. Should I place separate articles on master pages? Love Wix but want to make sure all content is seen. Thanks!

You have nothing to worry about, all of your content is indexed by Google. They read your site completely, no need to separate or add master pages.

    Hi - I have a problem.

When the mobile editor came out I thought great people can see my website details online... (Q.when will they allow flash site technology to be use on mobile phones!!!?)

When I published it I checked to see it on my iphone and it was there! However when It came round to my annual renew with wix for some unknown reason things went wrong. Now I can't see it  even though wix says it's 'live' This is the mobile address wix gave me> http://m.wix.com/chrispeeez/roz-web-page

Why did wix give me this address and say it works when it doesn't !?

    Please advise...Thanks ~ Chris

I think I need to intergrate a script to my domain host or something :/ Not sure what to do... I do need a step guide to rectify this problem...Please help :)

    Thank you

    Chris
