    If your decision to cancel your account is due to one of the following reasons, we would like to assist you in troubleshooting your problem:

     

    * Are you unable to connect your Domain Name to Wix?

    Problems connecting your domain can be frustrating, but we are confident that we can find solutions to any connection problem.

    Take a moment to try and solve your connection problem using our Wix Domain Troubleshooter here

     

    * Are you unable to connect your email account?

    If you’ve recently managed to connect your Domain Name to your Wix website – but now cannot send/receive emails, don’t panic! This is easy to solve!

    You’ll find clear instructions on how to connect your personalized email here

     

    * Cannot see your site on Google or have other SEO concerns?

    Wix sites were designed especially to suit Google and all other search engines.

    We suggest that you firstly use our SEO monitoring tool here

    Also, please keep in mind that it usually it takes anywhere from 1 to 3 months for Google to update its database.  You can be sure that we are doing everything we can to make sure that your site is crawled by Google.

    HOw come it says payment type paypal??? I wanted to upgrade and pay via paypal but wix says its not possible but it says right in the posted screenshot "payment method" : Paypal

    I wish to cancel and went to manage account etc as shown and I dont have the icon cancel/upgrade etc so how do I cancel from today?

    Your upgrade has been cancelled on Sept 30th, 2010. There's nothing to cancel here.

    I'd like to cancel my account.  however, when I try, your awesome, Google Docs form says that something bad has happened, and my data has not been accepted.  Can you please delete my account for me?  I don't plan on using your service any longer.  Thank you so much!

    Hello, I'd like to delete my account permanently but when I using the google form, I think it does not working because I still receive emails from wix so, I assume that it is still available and I did not successfully delete it. Can you please delete my account? I've already email wix.

    I have been trying to cancel account for almost a month.... have not paid this month.... finally I got  notices.. 1 said account suspeded and other said it will cancel on aug 4.... I want to go back to my old hosting company...

    I canceled my account but it says it will be only canceled June 22 2012. I've not been using the site for almost a few month. I need to cancel it asap. Can u pls help me?

    You have successfully canceled your yearly subscription, since the cancellation took place over 14 days from the renewal day the payment is not automatically refunded to you. As you have paid for the year the site continues to enjoy the benefits of a premium status, the removal of Wix ads, the domain connection and improved bandwidth & storage.
