    Please help me and possibly hundreds of others.

    During the past few days, I have received several emails sent from my "Contact Form" on my Premium Wix Site.
    All of the emails I received were from mailsender@parastorage.com.

    The sender, was asking me for details and pricing of my products etc and wanted to purchase them.
    I was a little sceptical, so did an internet search and came up with this.


    The next FIVE lines of text have been "Copy/Pasted" and is only a small part of the information from this "Link" site - Please check it out

    Exploiting Wix for Anonymous Emailing

    Alright so I was messing around on Wix a bit ago and I recorded an interesting request I made.

    POST /wixpress/sendEmail.jspx HTTP/1.1..Host: editor.wix.com..

    After messing around for a bit with it I realized it allows you to send emails via Wix. I thought, what better way to anonymously spam someones inbox. So I rigged up a quick program in AutoIt to test it out.

    This is now me again - Would you please go to this link and check it out....

    As they, (whoever wishes to use this bit of programming) - are SPAMMING, anonymously, from my site, and heaven only knows how many other Wix sites.

    Could you let me know if these requests I have received are "Legitimate" and just SPAMMING

    OR is it a SCAM - PLEASE get back to me as soon as possible - Thank you

    My website is currently not active, not available online, or in google search and hasn't been for a while, but today I received an email from someone via "noreply@parastorage.com" asking for details about the prices and content on my site...

    Explain this WIX ??

    For the past few days my Wix editor takes forever to load and it runs a unresponsive script that reads parastorage.com on the dialog box that pops up. It is very annoying and idk what it is. I tried everything; re-installing Firefox, clearing up cache and cookies, registry clean, spyware run, and other methods that did not work. It is still there and I cannot edit my site properly.

      Please try reverting your site to a previously saved version.


      You can now find all of your backed-up versions in the Site History section in My Account, mark the important ones and name them!


      You can also overview of all edits and changes you have made to your saved and published website. It makes it easy for you to view, flag or restore to a prior version of your website at any point.


      To access your site history:

      1. From My Account, next to your site, click Manage & Edit Site.

      2. From the right of the page that opens, under Site Actions, click My Site History.

      Your site history page opens.

    [If you are not the person who is in charge of this, please forward this to your CEO,Thanks ] Dear President, I’m sorry to disturb you so abruptly. We are the department of registration service in China. We received an application formally. One company named “ TongTianZhong Co.,Ltd " had applied for the Brand Name “ our company name " and some relevant domain names through our body. Now we are handling this registration, and we found that the keyword of these domain names and Brand Name is identical with your company’s. So now we need to confirm a couple of things with you: 1. If your company consigns that company to register these domain names and Brand Name, we will send an application form to them and help them finish the registration at once. 2.     My question is, is there a way to block this type of email?  I'd rather not go through of investigating the message.

      Please note that you received this email through your contact form on your site. A user from your site has sent it to you in order to contact you. 

      mailsender@parastorage.com is the default server used to transfer email through our contact form.

      When you hit reply via your email platform your sender's email address will appear in the 'To' field.

      Please let us know should you require any further assistance.

    Hi there, I too have the default parastorage contact form which works well. However it is a real pain trying to find historic emails as every mail that comes through has "mailsender@parastorage.com" in the name field so I then have to open and trawl through every email to find the person that I need to contact. Is there any way that I can change this so as soon as an email from the contact form comes to me I can reply and thus start a "thread" with a named person (i.e named in name field) Hope you understand my drift

    I like using a simple direct email link rather then the form.  Yesterday I got a request for pricing on my Wix contact form.  Is the person requesting the  information legitimate? Is this something that has just started or should I remove the CONTACT form on my website?

      I'm sorry- the question is not specifically about pricing, it refers to my Contact Form. The settings options on the Contact form include my client's name and my name, Lisa, as a B.C.C.  Yesterday was the first time I started receiving messages from , no-reply@parastorage.com.  Each sender was requesting pricing quotes for my clients home repair services.  Primarily I'm trying to understand why information requests have never come through to my email address.  All information goes directly to my clients email address but know it also is emailed to me.

      Hi !


      have you checked you spam folders in your email mail box?

      When users send information via the contact form, the email addresses listed in "Email to" and "BCC" should receive the emails.

    I believe these people are reading our mail. Because I have a message from a client who sent me a detailed email  from one of those parastorage.com addresses. I also have my suspicion about linkedit.

      Parastorage is the service we use as a mailserver for the contact form apps.. I am not sure what is the issue you are describing or who is accessing your email? Please elaborate so we can better understand the issue.

    It seems I'm having the same problems only they have using no-reply@parastorage.com and sterling.cali@yahoo.com. Somehow these people are has gotten into my mail. I don't think WIX is safe to use anymore.

    yes I woke up to someone writing to me that I was an asshole about a hundred times, using my personal name not my biz. i'm not an asshole, so it did ruin my happy disposition for the day!!!!
