Actually it's back up. Would still like to know why it was down. It wasnt a browser issue as it happened on all browsers and all devices we tried to view it from.

My website has been up for a couple weeks now. We haven't made any changes to the domain manager or to our domain host.... not sure why our website is down and has been at least for the past 20 minutes. It's important to get it back up live asap as we are an online store and are running ads! Please help!

Unfortunately you are right, that IP is block in Russia, we are aware of this situation and dealing with it as fast as possible.  (here is the thread in the Russian Forum). 

At the moment you have an IP that is open in Russia and the rest of the world. 

Please clear your cache, and open your site, it should work now.

 Here's what I found out.

All sites made by WIX.COM are blocked in Russia 06.02.2013, which includes IP-address 216.185.152.152 (a single address for all customer service WIX.COM) in the register of banned sites in Russia. You can check the online registry http://zapret-info.gov.ru/
Probably due to a banned site to disseminate information (drugs, suicide, child pornography) was blocked ip address.
Did you receive a notice about it from Roskomnadzor (the State Committee, which deals with the blocking of banned sites)? You are going to react to this? What can you do in this situation? I need my site for professional work, and now it is not available! What to do?

I can't see my page www.eroshina.info (or wix.com/eroshina/photo). Error message:  "The following error was encountered:

Connection Failed

The system returned:
(110) Connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down."

Which of your sites are you referring to?

I can see that objetivosproduction.com is loading perfectly well.

barcafontana.com is not loading because your pointing configuration in your registrar (not Wix, but your actual domain host) is incorrect. Please ask your registrar to connect the domain to ns1.wix.com & ns2.wix.com

I can't see my web in any computer... it shows just a white page.... I've been using wix for years and I didn't change anything for months.... please, I use my web for work, I need it fixt!!

Dont worry!! I worked it out... It was showing in a different view for some reason.  Thanks anyway!! :)

Since i tried to add a facebook page I now can not see my normal wix website listed when I log into wix.  Someone please help asap!  If I type our website address into a blank internet page the website comes up, so its obviously still there somewhere.  But I need to edit it and cant find it to do this when Im logged in!!...
