    i have disconnected the domain, deleted the site and canceled all (app) payments.

      (I have filled in my details in the site you pointed out, but it said in the link that you can't delete me because i am premium user)

      Hi,

      I can see that you have canceled your premium on Mar 29, 2014 and that it will be done on Apr 8, 2014.

      You also have a Wix domain in your account that is registered until February 08, 2015.

      Unfortunately while these are valid it will not be possible to delete your account.

       

      If you simply do no want your site to be live anymore you can simply delete it once the premium has expired.

      Please follow these steps: Go to Wix.com -> My Account -> Click the blue "Manage and Edit Site" button next to the site you would like to delete -> On the right side of the page under "Site Actions", click "more" and click "Delete".

       

      Please note: Deleting a site does not cancel/delete your account.

      In order to delete your account, please first delete your site khonkulova-zone that's under it.

       

      Please follow these steps: Go to Wix.com -> My Account -> Click "Manage and Edit Site" next to the site you would like to delete -> Click "Delete" on the right side of the page.

       

      Then, to entirely delete the account, please add your details here.

    I have clicked on the link that dinamiso provided, put my account details in and it now says that an email has been sent to me. I have waited for a long time and i still haven't received the email.

    SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Wix doesn't charge any extra fees for terminating a contract. However, you may not always be eligible for a refund. In order to better assist you, we will need you to provide us with some details about your current Premium upgrade, as I was not able to see one under your account fazlina134@gmail.com.

     

    Please provide with the login email address of your Premium account and we'll take it from there.
