Hi carissacas,
I looked at your Wix site and it appears you've edited text successfully. Could you be more specific about the nature of the problem? Where is the "done" button you are clicking? Is this happening on one or all of your pages? Any detail you can give will be helpful.
To edit text, click the text box and select "Edit" from the pop up menu, or simply double-click inside the text box. When finished, click outside of the text box. Don't forget to Save.

It is impossible to use sites from the "Explore" section as these are real sites made by real users. As their name implies, they are just examples of how elaborate and impressive a Wix site can look.
The editable templates can be found under the "Create" section of the Wix site and are available for use. The site you have mentioned is quite simple in build. You can find similar templates under the photography section. -

if the country's internet connection is slow, does it affect the viewers' opening wix's flash site? Is the loading time very slow if internet connection is real slow because I am in the process of thinking moving my site over but if connection is slow, my customers may have problem waiting for the loading page to be over before they could view them. This will definitely stop them from coming back!

Yes, if the country's internet is slow then Wix sites will load slow, but no slower than any other site on the web. You can guarantee that your site will be fast by checking the guidelines in this thread for more explanations and tips.

I tried to remove a page group and put in a paragragh. I found that once I completed inserting the text every page had the paragraph totally ruining my work. How do I get the paragragh to fix to one page only?

Your site is based on our page feature. Pages are transparent and will show objects in the background. To place an object (text, a picture or any component really) successfully in a page you must place the object entirely in the page, drag the page away and then place the object wholly unto the page. This way the object will be perceived by our program as belonging to the page and will not appear in the background, showing through each and every page.

Can you somehow "upgrade" or "expand" your Wix template to get more access - i need to add an article style page but the template i've been using doesn't support premade layouts!
Or do I have to start from scratch?

@cpage2, you can do this for free! You can add more pages to your template inside the editor!
Go ahead and open your editor > now click ADD PAGE from the Page Manager on the right > choose the layout you like > continue editing.
You can refer to the Best Reply above for a short tutorial. For more help videos, please click here.

I have problem editing the template. I found one template I liked, and when I press EDIT, it said: "Something went wrong. $FishEyeXMLError$ Fisheye TREE XML error: Unrecognized file header: len=300562 b=|1f|8b|8|0|0|0|0|0|0|3|74|9d|57|6f|84|7c|94|9f|af|93| xo=-1 xl=-1 bo=-1 bl=-1 Error #1010". And then I press OK, and it stop on 91% of loading, and nothing is happening after that. Please help!

If you receive this error when you try to load the editor for your website, please log out of your account, go here and click on "Delete all sites". Then clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here.
If the error persists, then please uninstall your flash player and then re-install the latest version fromthis link. Finally, if you still encounter this error, please post here and include the following information:
1. What version of flash you have (you can check it here)
2. Which Operating System you're using (i.e. Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.)
3. The browsers (and their version) with which you have encountered this error
4. Do you receive this error on any sites you try to edit, or only for one? If only for one, please let us know which one it is.Ron, Wix Team -

I did everything as you said, and its still not working. I "Delete all sites", cleared my browser's cache.
Then I uninstall my flash player, but when I wanted to download the latest version from your link, it said:
Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available.
So I download Safari, and Internet Explorer, did all this steps (and I download Flash player) but still not working. Same message: $FishEyeXMLError$ Fisheye TREE XML error: Unrecognized file header: len=300562 b=|1f|8b|8|0|0|0|0|0|0|3|74|9d|57|6f|84|7c|94|9f|af|93| xo=-1 xl=-1 bo=-1 bl=-1 Error #1010, and after that: "Waiting for editor to open. ChomePopupBlockerMessage " (and my popups are unchecked).
1. I'm using flash 11.1.102
2. Windows Vista
3. Google Chrome - latest version. But as I said, I also tried with Safari and Internet Explorer
4. I only receive errors on this site.
Hopefully you will find solution for my problem...
Tnx in advance...

Please try the following steps:
1. If you connect to the internet through a router, please try connecting directly through the modem. Then follow these steps even if you have already done so: Open your browser to a blank page. Close any Wix pages that are open. Clear your browser's cache and cookies of "Everything". Go to this link - -and click on Delete all sites. Then, restart your browser and then log into your Wix account and try again.
2. Try disabling your internet security programs and try again (i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc.). It is preferable to try this while still connected to the modem directly. This is meant to assist us in determining the source of the problem that you're facing.
3. Try connecting to Wix from a different computer that uses a different network to connect to the internet. If you are still receiving the error, let us know and we will further investigate.
Thank you for your time and patience and I await your reply,
Adam, Wix team
