    Simply click on "Publish" (on the the right side of the upper menu in your editor), choose "Wix.com site" and follow the steps provided.

    I need to speak with someone.  The site gave me our domain name, I just spent hundreds of dollars having our literature printed.  After I published the site, the name does not come up, I tried to publish it again and it is giving me a different domain name.

    The name of my site doesn't come up either. Contacting WIX is impossible!

    Our name servers are NS1.WIX.COM and NS2.WIX.COM

    Please follow the steps provided here .
    Note: When connecting your domain to the Wix nameservers, you must enter them with your domain registrar as well as on the Wix side.
    Both these steps are essential, without a step the nameservers will appear as if they are not working.

    I am trying to publish my site, but every time i hit "Publish"  and error appears and says "Save Error. Your site is currently also open in another editor. Please close one version before saving again." But i have nothing else open...What do i do?

    Hi !

    You can try the following guidelines :

    1. Please logout your account and go here .Please click on "Delete all websites". After that please try again.
    2. Disable your pop up blocker. You can find information here.
    3. Try switching your anti-virus off when working on the editor and see if it works.
    4. Try using a different browser
    5. Try editing your document through another computer and see if it works
    If it still happens, please send us your user name and Email you registered on the Wix site.
    Please also send us the name of your document.

    I just finished my site and published it last night. I had been making many changes daily and saving all the time. There are changes that I made Friday/Saturday that are visible offline when I view my site, but when I go to the live site they are not there. Please help! :)

    There are several photographs that I had rearranged and/or replaced on a few of my gallery pages that are not seen live. If you go to my account/editor and compare to the live site, you will see. It would seem that the published version is from approximately Thursday and does not contain any of the saved work that I did between then and last evening. :(

    Which of your websites are you referring to? 

    Where exactly in your sites are the photos located?

    Hi,

    I would really prefer to take this conversation offline - is there an email address I can use for support? I just republished and still it is not the site that I see and saved in my account editor. Additionally, I am awaiting confirmation from my friend, but apparently she was able to see my site yesterday...before it was published...

    Please advise as soon as possible regarding the email address as I would like to get this sorted out ASAP. If it is easier, please send it to the email address associated with my account.

    Hello Wix Team ... I have the same problem as Pamela. But it is even worse ... I created my page last night and saved it ... but after I published the content does not show up anymore. I still can see it when I go on the Edit option instead of View, but online it is just a page with changed background colour and Menu Buttons and clicking on them no content comes up. Could you please help me with this ASAP? I worked until 3 in the morning to get the page going ....Would be great if you could answer me to my email adress.

    I tried to save the content again right now and I have got following error # C4033. So please advise what I should do now.

    It apparently only saves the site header and nothing more ...

    please click on the page group and change the transition to "none" this will solve the problem.

     

    after doing so, you can choose a different transition again (lets us know if the problem repeats itself)

    No, Wix sites remain on Wix servers, you can however connect a domain to your site and have it appear with the domain's name (url).

     

    Please look at our Domain Portal for step by step instructions. Please note that you will have to purchase a Domain first. After that, go here and purchase an upgrade plan that lets you use your own domain.

    hello

    i pushed my site live to see how it would look. however, when I search for my site it doesn't come up (I had ticked the box to let search engines find my site), then during the day the site kept on switching between being available to redirecting to the company where I bought the domain name. 

    could you please advise what's happening?
