Yes! You can edit/change your site anytime, even after it's published!
Simply enter your editor > edit it > click on "Publish".

Your Wix site as well as your domain will get updated automatically.

To find your editor, go to the Wix homepage > log in to your Wix account > now click My Account (from the top tabs) > here is where you will find a list of all your saved documents > roll your mouse over the document you want to open in the editor > click Edit > your editor will not open with the document in it.

You can update a saved and published site anytime you want. To update your live site once you publish, simply make all of your changes in the editor > then click Save > your live site will update itself automatically!

    Hi thecandymancake,

I checked your account and your site is there.

While working on your Wix site, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.

    letaria ,

We fixed something on our end. Please log into your account and open your document, PORTFOLIO FILES, and save it.

@mcleodpics, You can bring any page up in your editor by clicking on the page-group (click on the book) and then scroll to the right/left from the arrows on the top of the component.

    Hey Sarah,

I checked your site and it appears exactly as it is in the editor. I also see that you last saved your site on June 23rd (or 22nd, depending on your timezone).

What's not the same? What's missing?

Please note that you did not create a button or some form of link to link your users from your home page to another page in your site.

    hello!!
just updated my 10 keywords, and fixed a typo upon my page...
yes, i saved + published my information, too.

after clearing web history + cache...

when i search for my site using the keywords, the site does *not* appear.

when i search for my site using the site name, the cached page with the typo appears.

    help!!

    Hello Maradik,

The changes that you make to your site's title, description and keywords happen in Wix as soon as you hit save. However, the time it takes for search engines to update this information could anywhere from one to two weeks. The old SEO settings are still showing up in searches because the search engines still need to cache your site with the updated changes. Once search engines re-index your website, the changes you've made will appear.

Hi, is there a way to publish the site online but not be discovered by Google? In case of personal content, is there a way i can set the settings in such a way that the site is accessible only if I give out the url/link myself?

Yes there is, edit your site, click on Settings -> site optimization tab, un-check the box saying let search engines find my website. Now be sure to save your site after making this change and publish just once. Every time you edit your site save only.
