Wix Answers

In order to use the Wix site editor, click the Create button and choose to start from one of our templates or create your Wix site from scratch. You can choose either an HTML or a Flash template at this stage (Flash templates have a Flash icon (looks like an f) in their upper right corner and HTML 5 templates have an HTML 5 icon (looks like a 5) in their upper right corner).

You can now use the Editor freely. You may customize any chosen item by clicking on it and manipulating it with options from the property panel on the right side of the editor.
Remember to click "Save" at the end.

Hallo wix staff,

Trying to use the editor but keep getting " your search has not provided any results".

This happens when I select "Frames - Behaviors and Paragraphs".

Are you inserting the "Behaviors and Paragraphs" text into the "Frames" search box? What Frame are you searching for?

@Brandaid- What is the problem with the Wix photos? What are you searching for?
 

Hi Nicole,

When trying to change frames the box appears and is empty accept for " your search has not provided any results" . This goes also for behaviors and paragraphs.

This problem has occurred a number of times but usually corrects itself after closing the editor for an hour or so.

When I have this problem I have it on all my computer (6 in total) including laptops so I presume it's at your end.

Not complaining just wanting to let wix know.

Please give us more details regarding your issue. Did you not save your updates? Are you missing content?

I am trying to edit my existing website.  Can not find it on your website at all.  Can not find the editor either.  My website used to show up when I logged in.  Now nothing.  I need to make changes.

I did not find any documents in your account.  Please provide us with the domain or URL for your site so that we can locate your account.

I am having the same issues. When the frame comes up white or shows an error you can close it and try again without closing the editor and it will work but it is taking longer to build a site and this has been going on for over a month now. Also when I save the site it comes up with a 2032 error message.

I have been using Wix for 2 years now and I have came up with so many different things you can do with Wix that I am making a free tutorial site to help anyone interested. You can go to my home site and there is a pre release sneek peek link to see the new site. Everything you see on the site is done using wix and in the near future the site will have video tutorials for all of the effects seen and over 30 more to come. The biggest thing to notice is the effect on the menu bar to appear as if the bar is bending out when you hover over a name on the menu. If anyone has any questions until the site is finished you can make a comment in the comment form and I will check it daily to answer anything I can. The new site called WorxWixTuTs will be free to everyone and there will be no login required to see a tutorial. I figured if Wix can offer a true free program to build sites then I can offer my experience for free. Again you can go here to check out the site so far. http://www.worxdesigns.com   We still have a ways to go but I might can help with things before then. The temporary pre release link will only be up for 10 days before it goes away until the final site is finished.

Glad to hear about your new site, it's a great idea!

Now, regarding the problems you are experiencing :

1. You did not specify on which of your documents this is happening. Does it happen for all of your documents? Please provide us with a screen shot of the problem so that we can further investigate. 

2. If you are encountering error 2032, Please follow the instructions here .

i have bought the this wix website and it was saying in my editor that punches this,and now my editing is not evening openning agin,any help?

im having fun creating a website for my gaming clan/guild and i cannot see or find options to make any of it members only or to add a forum form my guild to post information about my game...i am a beginner of course and im learning fast but i would like to get a useful forum open to my friends soon

At the moment Wix doesn't support that kind of feature to allow members area / registration.

Hi,

I'm a new user and I want to start building my own photo web site. I've choosen template design from one of many free offered. The problem starts when I click on Edit button to start creating my own. A new pop out window opens for a few seconds and before it loads it closes itself.

Am I missing something here?

I'm using Windows XP, SP2 and Explorer.

I just found out that there is nothing wrong with me. Your teplate design is not working. If I choose another one it works fine.

Please check and fix your Photography / page 4 / Third design (Close Up) template.
