Can you please provide us a link to your Facebook fan page you're trying to embed your site into?

Hi this is the link of the my facebook page...I followed all the instructions and cant see why it wont show...I have tried to look at it from other facebook pages but it still does'nt show....PLEASE HELP!!! kind regards

I checked your facebook page and I was able to view your fan page.

If you can't see the page, please try using a different browser and see if that works. if the problem persists, please clear your cache and try again. 

If you have followed these steps and the problem persists, please contact us again and we will further investigate.

Hi..thanks for reply..

I have done all that you said and still cant view it.I have a Mac and unblocked pop ups on safari and did 'empty cache'  on the new browser and all I can see is a blank page with hobosurf- get started...no artwork etc etc????

what am I doing wrong??

Hello hannah,

Could you please try to use Firefox under your Mac and see if there is any difference, also can you try to access your site by using another computer ?

Ok tried firefox and that does not work...I will try another computer tommorow...what do you think the problem is then with my Mac??

Hi...Im sorry but your questions above do not seem to apply to the problems I am having.

I published my facebook page as instructed but the facebook page does not show my wix facebook page...it is blank with large question marks to load photos...displaying 'Hobosurf'-get started...a normal facebook start up page..without my wix graphics.I did as instructed and cleared the cache from my Mac and unblocked pop ups...tried to access from another PC but still no luck.

Avi sent me a message with a link to try and when I clicked on it my page was visable...just the page...I mean to say that what showed was my page when you view it through the editor...not on the facebook site.

We are sorry this has been a problematic experience.

I have checked your FB page on 3 diff computers, including a mac with Safari. In all computers and browsers  (chrome, safari and FF) your page shows correctly. Its an awesome page by the way!

I clicked here:

Then clicked on My Site tab (wix app yellow star) and the site appears on yout FB page exactly how

Elia had asked you for a screenshot and you did not send it.  This is crucial for us to understand exactly what you see so we can dig in and find the problem - if we can...becasue everything seems fine, could be a local / computer issue.

Can you please help us understand and submit a screenshot of your FB page how you see it?

thank you for your reply.I now see that the problem was that I wasnt clicking on the star 'my site' button.

The page is now viewable.I now have another question!! Adding a like button..I have gone to the like button section..added my facebook URL and got the code...cut and copied the code...now where do I paste it to so it shows on my page???

Also I have been on my personal FB page and typed in hobosurf in search and my page does not show??

I am sorry to be so much trouble but as I am new to all of this it is all such a learning curb.

Thankyou for your kind comments of my site I am very pleased with both the FB page and the matching website which is all promoting my new business..I am hoping for the website to be live very soon once I have filled the content of the store.

Where exactly are you searching for your Facebook page, trough google or Facebook ? 

Hi Avi...thankyou for that...I am on my personal facebook page and I enter hobosurf in the facebook search bar....and it comes up with hobosurf.co.uk add coworkers to start this smart list??

I also was not able to search for your site, Please check your Facebook page settings ( Not wix settings) and check if there is any restrictions regarding this issue. 

Hi Avi....Hannah again....I cannot see what would stop it from showing only the publish and unpublish box to make it viewable to non admin but its set at publish..this is all so frustrating I wish I was more competent on the computer.

I have tried to add the like button for my facebook page....what exactly is my URL that I should enter....is it www.facebook/hobo-surf.....www.facebook/peaceandlove67/hobosurf??? or something else..put these in and nothing happens!!

Im feeling incredibly dim right now!!!

Thankyou Elia...I have followed those steps and to be quite honest not really sure if it has worked or not.I find the whole facebook thing very confusing.

I dont understand how my facebook page works.I liked the page from my own personal site and shared it but friends are just getting standard FB page...does everyone who views it have to click on the 'My site' star button every time they view it to gain the full wix page?? as people do not realise this is what they have to do.

Also when I edit stuff on my wix facebook page do i have to publish again to update or does it do it automatically?? sorry for all the questions but I am finding it all very confusing
