    While working on your Wix site, your computer and browser stores various information. This build up of information can sometimes cause conflict.
    Please clear your browser's cache. You can find step by step instructions here .

    To clear the flash cookies, please log out of your account, go here and click on "Delete all sites".

    If the problem persists please let us know.

    Does the issue happen after adding a specific element to your site?

    - It happens in any situation.  After the website had been 'reverted' I followed the given instruction of the WIX team and the error message appeared.

    I have included a screen grab as requested. I have the result in any situation.

    Please note that nothing has been changed since the website had been reverted by the WIX team.

    Does the issue happen after adding a specific element to your site?

    To test the issue, please try to access your Editor and click on Publish right away (with adding or removing any element). Does the issue still occur?

    If so, please give us the specific step-by-steps we must follow to try and recreate the issue on our end. Also, Please provide us with a screen shot of the problem so we can better understand the issue and further investigate. For instructions on how to take a screenshot, please use this link.

    To upload the screenshot, simply click on the "Upload" button and follow the steps.

    I followed the given instructions and I received a Publish error message #C127.

    Please advise.

    I've reverted the site to the requested save.

    Please make sure there are no open editors, then open the editor, save and publish.

    Thank you for your reply. I am not sure of the exact date which was a matter of days. However, I am sure that my website was fully functional and with full content, 14 days ago. Can you revert that far? Thank you for your assistance.

    Could you please elaborate on this issue, are you getting any error message when you are trying to publish your site ?


    Do you remember when was the last time that your site was working properly ? I could try to revert it to that date.

    Since its original (some days ago) format, it has changed, and content is missing. This includes icons for face book and twitter, images, text, etc.    The current format, as per your email, is not the published website.


    Why has it been changed without my involvement and direction although I am the ONLY administrator?

    Where is the missing content?
