My Wix Contact Form doesn't work

Please go to your Editor and make sure that you have added the correct email address to your Contact Form.
Please also check if Wix is recognized as Spam mail in your email account; you may have received the emails in your Spam folder.
Please also make sure that your font colors are not the same as the background colors of your Contact Form.

Hi Nicole,
My contact form does not work when my friends tried to send me requests.
It always state : invalid email & their request could not be process.
I've attempted to test send to myself & it doesn't work. Does it
have anything to do with computer system? Cos only one friend managed
to send through and he is using window Vista, whereas I'm using window 7
Would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.

I have uploaded my website but on my contact form I cannot insert my cursor to type anything ie name email address message etc. the fields do not work

Hello taffe22,
Looks like the contact form from that template got stuck. Just replace it with a new one. the name of that contact form is "HorzArial" Just click on the contact form and delete then go to Add>Widget>Contact Form> the choose the one you would like to use. This will fix the problem.

Hi Guy, i have tried to replace the contact form, i have double checked the email account. The text colour. i realy need some help! i have also deleted the contact form and added it again.
The only problem is i need the same blank contact form. i can't use another one for my client!

I see that you added manual text instead of the regular text fields.
Please note that it wont' be possible to send an email without entering a valid email and filling the rest of the details.
If you wish to add a customized contact form, you may try adding a Wufoo form.

I have an issue with adding the contact form to "one" page as opposed to all of the pages on my site. Each time I delete it from one page it is taken off of all of them.

Your site is based on our page feature. Pages are transparent and will show objects in the background. To place an object (contact form in your case) successfully in a page you must place the object entirely in the page, drag the page away and then place the object wholly unto the page. This way the object will be perceived by our program as belonging to the page and will not appear in the background, showing through each and every page.

I have tried the bellow and yet am still have the same problem, the e-mail address are 100% correct. and i am using a blank form, and have put simple text to what to fill insted of the normal template. The i mite be wrong but i do not think the text is the problem.

Hi sharkyAfsar,
I looked at your contact form, and you have people entering their telephone number in the email field. The contact form will not send if they do not put the proper characters in the proper fields. So in this case, yes it is the text that is causing your contact form not to work.
When you select the contact form, and check the settings, you can see what the different fields are supposed to be.
If you feel limited by our contact forms, I would encourage you to check out our Wufoo widget, through Wufoo.com.

right, I have checked my email address, its fine. checked the font, its fine. added a contact form.. that didnt work. so reverted back.. nothing is working... please can someone check my site

Hi mobileholistics,
Looking at your page I did not see any contact form. But I see that you have linked "Click Here" by the word email in your contact section. And that is linked to your email and pulls up a contact form. I filled out a test message for you which you should have successfully received.

I am having the exact same problem as everyone else here. I don't get an error message though. I have tried everything you guys have suggested. I am getting very irritated with this issue and if it is not resolved i am pulling my website out of here. It used to work fine. Now, this! www.

I checked your site and have just sent you a test email. Did you receive it?
If you did not receive it (please check both email addresses), then please check your spam folder. Try adding 'mailsender[at]parastorage.com' as a trusted sender (replace [at] with @ ), and then test it again.Does it work now?

Hi, I have a contact form on my site that only works sporadically. I have at least two customers who (thank God) phoned me when they did not hear back from me after successfully completing my contact form. They both got the contact form "successfully sent" message when they sent it, but I never received their messages. My test messages sometimes work, sometimes not. I have checked my SPAM folders to make sure they're not going there - they are not. I have two email addresses my contact form entries are delivered to (one BCC'd) and sometimes only one email address (the BCC'd one) works. However neither worked for the two customers mentioned above - I had NO clue they were trying to hire me until they called. This makes me look very unprofessional and unreliable - needless to say, not good for business or my reputation! I paid for Wix because I loved the features, including the contact form. Any help would be appreciated!

I apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing.
I checked your site and I see one email address listed there (there is no BCC address). Try adding 'mailsender[at]parastorage.com' as a trusted sender (replace [at] with @ ), and then test it again.
If it does not work when you test it, please let us know and tell us exactly what you filled in for the fields in the contact form when it did not work.
