This means that your content is not sitting inside an individual Page. It is easy to fix.
Open your site in the editor
> Click on the item that is appearing on all Pages
> Drag it inside the Page your want it to appear in - you will know it is inside the page when the page turns yellow and you see small yellow arrows on each side of the page border.

Please note that if you do not place your component correctly in the Page, it will be seen on all of your Pages.

I create a home page, nice and simple nothing too complicated. Then go to contact page and get that ready. Preview it and home page is in contact page !  EH!!

Did as support suggested but still they appear on every damn page, very frustrating. I am so disappointed. I have used lots of web design programs this is the most annoying.

EG where is the index page? what the heck is page 0 doing in there ? And if master page is index...say so !  Or is that page 0 ?

Your home page and contact page are two pages in the same page group. 'Page 0' is the default name of your master-page.

Your clipart (of the note) and the Paragraph (your text) are both on the master-page and this is why they are seen on every page. If you wish them to be on one of your pages only then drag them aside and then back onto a page (the page must be larger than any component it holds, make sure to enlarge the pages or make the clipart object and text smaller).

I'm having the same problem and sent an email. I think I'm editing my 'portfolio page' only to find it's jumped back to the home page and all the pages have been changed. Would be so much easier if the pages were all kept completely separate with the option of using the template as a background - or not. :(

I do not understand why the Master Page and Home page have the same content on it.  Are they separate or the same?  I'd like to have an entrance page into the website.  I created a link from the Master Page to the Home page but they seem to be one in the same.  Please tell me how the Master Page and Home page work.  I understand the other pages are separate but I do not understand these 2 pages.

your 'home page' is the first page in the page group, home page is the name given to the page, not the name of the component, as we have said, it is merely the 1st page in the group.

Because your site loads with the 1st master-page and the 1st page in the group the master-page and 'main page' seem the same. The reason a link does not seem to work or keep you on the same page is that the 1st page in the page group is the default page (always in a page group, the 1st page is the default page which appears, the other pages need some navigation to get to them).

I have my home page set up as a bunch of pictures. I then made another page with 3 articles. The first article shows up on my home page. When  I delete the wording and pictures off of the homepage, it deletes it on the other page. When I lock it on the second page, it locks on the home page. When I move it on the home pages, it moves it on my other page. I just want it off of my home page. How can I do this? I tried dragging it into the other page but then it just deletes it from both page. THIS IS ANNOYING, Help PLEASE.

@sap1033web, I am going through your site now and I do not see any duplicated images or content on it. Please be more specific as to which image is the one you are having problems with, or send us a screenshot showing the duplicated image so we can see what you are describing.   

I followed the best reply in this thread and successfully fixed this issue, however, I will add two additional steps to help clarify the process.

>Click on the item that is appearing on all Pages

>Drag and drop that item outside of the borders of the page you are working on .

>Click on the Page the item is supposed to go on under "Page Manager"

> Drag and drop the item inside the Page- you know it is inside the page when you see the Yellow arrows.

 

I used a comment box called 'iComments' on my web page. The problem is that the comment box appears on every sub-page!! I only want it to appear on ONE page. Can anyone please tell me how can I do that?? Thanks!!:)

If possible, please look at my editor site. I created a "your cart" at the top, which I like. But it appears on every page of my site, which I don 't like. Not something on want on the Home Page, Contact Us, or About Us, for example. How do I select which pages I want this on?

I am checking your site 'photosbybethani' and I do not see any content attaching itself to all of your pages on your site. Your site looks great! If this happens to you again it means your content is not being properly placed inside your Page borders. If the Page itself does not turn yellow when you place an item inside of it, then the item will attach itself to your Master Page and it will be visible on all of your Pages.

unreal! my store appears on every single page! i've read thru this forum and nothing has helped...a bit frustrating. i tried dragging the component into the page i want it on and there were no "yellow arrows" anywhere.

Please make sure that the store will fit in the page then try again.  The page should turn yellow when the store is on the page correctly.
